In the 1980's, I wanted to learn tube bending. I took a 30-hour hands-on tube bending class. There were 10 each 3-hour classes, one night per week for 10 weeks. Including driving time back and forth to each class, I dedicated 50+ hours to learning tube bending. After having finished that class, I believed that tube bending was next to impossible to properly learn. Over the next 30+ years, I continued working with many different people bending tube. Those tube benders, with their suggestions, provided all of the information in this book. I simply arranged the information gathered from others into a format whereby anyone could EASILY LEARN TUBE BENDING or pipe layout.

I have a question. Can I use a tubespoon marker to fine the measurements of an already bent tube? If so, can you explain how? thanks and your book is awesome

As I was writing this book: it was necessary to invent some terms to reduce the length of this book. At the same time, I wanted to explain every point with crystal clarity.
Read page 7 in the book where A.C. is explained as such; "Arc Length (A.C.) = the degree of the bend x 0.01745 x the bender radius." A.C. (Arc Length) is the total length of tube, which any bend from 1 degree to 180 degrees takes up on any tube or pipe.
Can you please clarify what the AC dimension is all about ? What does this acronym stand for and how is it used ?

Just curious, why is it called a tube spoon?
I simply made up a name to help clarify the instrument which anyone could make and use to easily bend tube to perfection. If you ever have a tube bending, or a pipe layout question; you will find both my phone number, and my email address on the back inside flap of every book.
I just purchased the revised book of this one off amazon, It says I will receive it withing three weeks. Why does it take that long to receive the product?

I personally mail each of these tube bending books, through my local post office, within 24 hours of my receiving order confirmation from Amazon. Each book is sent with tracking I.D. confirmation. No matter how minor a problem may be, I will personally make things right. Even books which have been sent to foreign countries have arrived at their final destination less than 2 weeks after having been ordered.
I don't think he uses amazon fulfilment. It's also probably self published
