    Does it need refrigerated due to the cream cheese?

      Hey, there! That's probably a good idea. I did refrigerate mine, even though it only lasted a couple of days in my house. 🤣

      Hey, there. I typically design my sourdough recipes based on weights, as they are more reliable and easy to scale for different sized batches. That being said, sometime in the near future I should try to get rough measurement approximations to include in the video descriptions, so people without (or without the desire to use!) a scale are able to still follow. 😁
