What I Eat in a Day as a Vegan | Easy, High-Protein Meals

Here are a few examples of what I eat as a vegan food blogger on a typical day. Most of my meals are really easy to make, whole-food, plant-based, and rich in protein and nutrients. They're also great for meal prep or ingredient prepping.

I forgot where I learned this from. But my spices do last longer when I avoid shaking them over my pots. But sometimes I’m lazy about it 😅

Good day!! Thank you for your video. I haven't eaten meat in three weeks. I can honestly say I don't miss meat AT ALL. It's really strange considering I've been eating it for over 3 decades. What I do miss is cheese and oil. Is the chipotle cheese vegan?

Cheese was a tough one for me too. But yes, the chipotle sauce is vegan. It’s almond based.

It’s the Almond Chipotle Sauce from Trader Joe’s. I think it’s a dupe for the Bitchin’ Sauce.

What matcha are you using??

I use the Thrive Market brand, but I keep the matcha in a recycled tin from a more expensive brand (Naoki Fine Japanese Matcha). 😅
