Great uploads, watched the your whole journey on your build and found it inspiring. We are moving from Auckland NZ to Perth in January and will be building in Upper Swan, very early stages of our journey.

Congratulations on your new home. Just a few questions if you dont mind. I want to build with homegroup. 1. Did you guys upgrade ur tiles from 450by450 to 600by600.? 2. I was not planning on having a bulkhead. Is it worth it to have a bulkhead in the kitchen? 3. What do you guys think about the burner stove? Is it worth upgrading to the glass stove? 4. Carpets? Is it worth it to upgrade the carpet? 5. How do i tell them to reserve a place for me in the linen cupboard so that i can leave a vacuum machine and all the rest of them there. If i remember other things that i missed, i will ask. Thank you guys for stress it takes you guys to do the video. I appreciate it

Hi Guys, just stumbled on your channel so we are your 16th Subscriber!! We are from the UK and are currently 14 months into our Parent visa apllication as our son lives in Joonalup, could be another 3 years before we get in to OZ. The Place we have chose is Alkimos to get a house built for our retirement so we will be watching all your videos until completion, maybe well join your gym too when we get there !! where were you from in England??
Hello, We're in the process of building with them. We're just trying to be formally approve. I just got a question right, did they charge you anything out of your pocket when you started building, for instance when they put down the slab and such? Thanks

Hi My husband and I have been following your build. We are also building with homegroup in Bullsbrook. We had our prestart yesterday (31/05/22). Just wondering how long did your final plans come back after prestart? Thank you!

Hi, that’s all included in the home loan. The bank releases funds direct to the builder at set stages.

Exciting!! It was about 1 week. We had settlement the day before our pre start so I’m not sure if that changes the timeline or not
