Congratulations, glad your build has been smooth and quick. Our build with Redink has no tin on our roof yet after nearly 2 years. 3 years since land purchased.
wow congrats, house looks really great and the defects are all minor ( cosmetics) in my opinion. We are in QLD, and built home also before, did you guys use independant private inspector to do all stage inspections? we did and it's all worth it ( it includes PCI as well), it gave us peace of mind especially because some of the stages like before the slab pour ( just had to make sure all the reinforcement reo steel bar are) laid down correctly as per the engineer's drawings, because once its poured you cant see anything and slab is pretty critical as it's the base/foundation of your home, same with frame inspection for the wall and roof, and also wateproofing stage ( just to make sure) that the supervisor checked that the subcontractor who did the waterproofing did it as per AS ( Australian standard) and also didn't forget to put the waterstop, water leaks can happen later in few years time if the waterproofing is not done correctly, and water damage at home is just very costly.
Awesome guys, have been watching your progress and even done a drive by 🤗 we are building in Amberton beach just up the road and whilst the brickwork has now been completed the delay on the roof timber is about 4 months Grrrrr! Can’t wait to get to your stage. Have enjoyed your vlog! Now what am I going to watch?
Hi guys, congrats on the build. I moved from Bristol to Sydney about 5 years ago and me nd my partner are looking to move to WA and a house in Elkimos. Are you able to offer ny advice regarding the process you guys took? Would you have done anything different now its 1 year later? Thanks
Whats the block size?? We have the same exact floor plan but still in construction phase and waiting for timber. And can you also mention how long it took you guys to get the timber and then roof done?
Very good floorplan.
Mate, that's the fastest garage door installation ever. Well done to the crew 😉

Thanks! Yes that’s seems to be common at the moment :( We we’re lucky with minimal delays. Are you close to us in Alkimos? I’ve seen a few Redink ones
