This video is part of TEAS 7 Chemistry Essentials with Tyler DeWitt, which gives you all the information that you need to ace the Chemistry portion of the ATI TEAS 7 Exam. In this video, we talk about very important topics for the TEAS: neutrons, isotopes, mass number, and atomic mass. These topics almost always show up on the TEAS, and people often get really confused by them. Specifically, mass number is different from atomic mass. People often think that you should take the atomic mass and round it up to get mass number, but that is a big mistake. Throughout the video, we do lots of TEAS practice problems, so that you can make sure you deeply understand this information for the test.

Hi Tyler I just completed the Teas today I had close to 7 questions on topics that you recovered. You broke down the concepts incredibly amazingly. I will say I had two periodic table questions about the elements and was not given a periodic table. However, it was one of the elements you mentioned to memorize.

Took my Teas this morning I had 2 questions on Protons
1 question on cells
Everything else was extremely hard questions
They also had questions about plants 🌱 & that if one is superior to the other colored one how many of each would grow
Ex ) 3 red 1 white
Or 4 red 0 white etc

@@TEASwithTyler I can’t retake , due to my college program rules. They only let you take it one time per school year application. If I want to try again it will have to be until next year. I did not meet the minimum they required to be taken into consideration for the nursing program. I missed it by 4 points
