    Rice, beef and broccoli. if you add the right seasoning, it's a gourmet meal.

    Aye Dyl. You ever considered doing some sort of lifting competition. Like rep 225 more than me and win $300 or something along those lines. You are one of my favorite OG lifters and would love too see you do something like that, might shoot some more views into the channel as well

    I'm so glad I can follow someone following the same approach. Accutane twice in the past, loads of antibiotics, skincare, and patience and I still am plagued with body acne. I was nervous about bulking eating so cleanly but I'm going to take some things I liked from your day of eating.

    Is collagen powder a compete protein for muscle protein synthesis? I was thinking of switching from whey to collagen, but am concerned it might not be “optimal”. Thank you so much for the help

    Is it OK to eat high glycemic foods if I train in the morning? I don’t want to spike my insulin but I’m not sure how I’d get the energy I need for the gym.

    Should stick with 225 for 5x10 on flat, better off with full range of motion slow and controlled for better muscle development.

    • @bicepbrah8179
      @bicepbrah8179 Місяць тому

      Depends what type you get i'd assume. The more processed they are the higher. Combining fibre with carbs is kind of what makes carbs low or high glycemic in effect (I think). Thats why fruits are usually lower glycemic cuz they got all that fiber.
