“I didn’t remove the caterpillars because I guess they deserve a place to live in this world.” Goooodddd most plant owners kill them. Your heart is golden. The world needs more people like you! More power to you!
I ❤ your energy. It takes a special type of person to be one with mother nature instead of working against her. Everything deserves life. Even those tiny caterpillars. 😘
"Well, I must endure the presence of two or three caterpillars if I wish to become acquainted with butterflies." (Antoine De Saint - Exupéry, The Little Prince) That 's what i say to myself whenever my plants got damage by caterpillars. Sad, i don't see much butterflies nowadays. Hello from the Philippines!
Your allowing those caterpilars to live probably helped so many bird families feed their babies ^^ It is all connected, I wish more people could understand this.
Yes I feel the same! It’s really thoughtful how the videos show the updates.. and so refreshing!! . Nothing worse than a video that ends with “ok well maybe I’ll check back in a few months”. Onlyplants- keep up the amazing work!!!
True, but just imagine what he will do with his very own!!!! 🌱🙌 I would imagine that it would be unbelievably amazing! No pressure! 😂🤣 Enjoy the process.
I love your channel. I am forever trying different ways to propagate my plants and just learn more. Knowing that the nodes are still alive gave me more hope. I also love that you give the caterpillars a chance at life. Beautiful
I am so glad I found your video on this plant. For the longest time, I couldn't figure out what I have and it has climbed up a column and out of control. Now, I know what to do! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, not just in this video and the other ones, too. Stay safe and god bless.

Always so sweet when you say Hello to the baby plants. ❤ I need to rescue mine from its shared pot with a fern. They look wonderful together as a foliage contrast.
I plant several pots of fennel for the caterpillars. They love that and dill and I get several butterflies. I love feeding them what they love to eat and what I want them to eat.

Thanks for the great video. My syngonium white butterfly died of root rot a few months ago. So recently I got another 2 pots. I recently put one pot outdoors under mass cane. I practically buried the pot into the soil of the mass cane pot and 2 days later they were wilty. I guessed the holes of the syngonium pot was stuffed and I have root rot again. So now I just took it all out and plant in the pot of the mass cane. Hopefully it lives.
Glad that you have posted this video. I have learnt so much from your Videos especially on wet stick propagation. Thank again dear. Feel so touch when you mentioned about caterpillar. I immediately liked it when I saw one on my plant. 🤣

Hello, no callous, just stick them in. Dont change the water as they do release natural rooting hormone into the water. Change it only when it gets really gross, say in 3 weeks time 😀 i have a video titled “water propagation” that shows you tips to increase success rate

Haha thank youuu. Caterpillars and all animals are part of a very delicate food system. We are all interconnected 😀
It was growing too much in our garden so I ripped all out of the ground. But some months later it sprouted back from some piece of root as well.
They are very invasive... 😅
