I fight professionally in MMA, but I must admit that Sean is a high level black belt. I have no doubt that he would make me look like a purple belt out there. No disrespect towards purple belts out there. Being a purple belt is a huge accomplishment by the way, so hopefully no one will get offended by this.
He's so awesome! And this is unrelated, but he said he wad going to shoot a film in Toronto, does anyone know what film he's talking about? I know that the past 2 Boondock Saints films have been filmed there, is there a 3rd coming out?!
I have a quick question: From what he said in the interview, he was talking a lot about the guys that study MMA and Jiu Jitsu. It's not specifically for guys, right? Might be a silly question, I'm just curious. This is something that I'm interested in, and I don't hear a lot from women who study it. I also just turned 18 (not too late to start, right?)
I know all that stuff SPF was saying is important... but all I could think is GOD I WANT TO TAKE THAT GUY'S PLACE! :P

Ahhh, very clever! It's amazing what you learn in 9 and a half minutes, even when you yourself aren't in the room!
