  • My first stop along the Pacific Coast was at Hollywood Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was able to receive some wisdom from owner and head black belt, Sean Patrick Flanery. Check out our interview, where he discusses his martial arts background and discusses the growth of the sport. The end includes some techniques taught by Sean, where he discusses the benefits to improving the fundamentals of the jiu jitsu game and altering your mental approach to positions.

    Watching "Born a Champion" led me here. 8 years later Sean Patrick Flannery film becomes my favorite movie of all time.

    Sean is visiting and guest instructing here in Shreveport La while he in a movie. What an awesome guy!!! Gator Pit Brazilian jiu jitsu is the name of our club and I'm going to ask why train here lol I'm so glad he did though, he has many new martial arts friends here.

    If most days are 3-4 hours it is a mathematical impossibility to only average one hour a day. Just saying...
