Tá dhá ghabhairín bhuí agam, is mínseach bhainne, mínseach bhainne,
Briseann siad an chroí ionam á dtabhairt abhaile, á dtabhairt abhaile.
Níl áit agam go gcrúfainn iad ach síos im’ hata, síós im’ hata,
Ligeann mo hata tríd é ar fuaid an bhaile, ar fuaid an bhaile.
Tá dhá ghabhair sa choill agam is caoire geala, caoire geala,
Ní íosfaidís aon ní uaim ach barr an aitinn, barr an aitinn.
Cuirim i dteannta an chlaí iad le stúmpa bata, stumpa bata,
Siúd thar barr an chlaí iad i bhfad ó bhaile, i bhfad ó bhaile.
Sin port ná fuil ag an píobaire, an Hielan’ Laddie, Hielan’ Laddie,
Port ná fuil ag an píobaire, an Hielan’ Laddie, Hielan’ Laddie.
Seán Ó Cealla’ an píobaire is bíodh sé mar sin, bíodh sé mar sin,
Seán Ó Cealla’ an píobaire is bíodh sé mar sin, bíodh sé mar sin.

I'm sort of surprised to see no one making the comparison btw Nell & a young Karan Casey.

Maybe not many are familiar with Karan's voice as a lass.
as far as i've known them both, the clear bell-sounding timbre of Karan's voice would never bring me anywhere near Nell's husky tone (love Nell, i kept asking her when she'd commit to recording when we last met in Tulla, Co. Clare 😊). Human beings probably all process sound (and other stimuli) in different ways. In my mind the two gals have such distinct individual qualities .. But then I only met Karan in 2006?? Listening to her since 1995 though 🌀
But if i had to think of a comparison (I know that's not your point, but just for fun now 😉) to Nell's voice, to me I'd think of Niamh Parsons, Rosie Stewart (Nell being lighter though than Rosie) ... All unique. All stunning 🎶🎵

This is also a Highland pipes tune, as @Fergal O has pointed out in an earlier comment: ua-cam.com/video/KUIOtA8LPec/v-deo.html

I know it's a long shot but I was wondering if anyone had the lyrics to this or could translate. I'm learning Gaeilge and I've not been able to find any reliable ones online.

No problem. I'm not as fluent as I'd like to be, but I'll give it a go! Here's the first part:
      Tá dhá ghabhairín bhuí agam,
      is minseach bhainne, minseach bhainne.
      Briseann siad an croí ionam,
á dtabhairt abhaile, á dthabhairt abhaile.
Níl áit agam go gcrúfainn iad,
ach síos tríom hata, síos tríom hata.
      Scaoileann mo hata tríd é,
ar fuaid an bhaile, ar fuaid an bhaile.
Here's what it means in English:
I've got 2 little yellow goats,
      and a nanny-goat for milk, a nanny-goat for milk.
The break the heart that is within me,
sending them home, sending them home.
I've got no place where I would milk them,
but down through my hat, down through my hat.
My hat lets it go through,
throughout the town, throughout the town.

I noticed a typo in my translation; it should say "They break the heart …"
      Here's the next part:
Tá dhá ghabhar sa choill agam,
      is caoirigh geala, caoirigh geala.
      Ní íosfaidís aon ní dhom,
ach barr an aitinn, barr an aitinn.
Cuirim in aghaidh an chlaí iad,
      le stumpa bhata, stumpa bhata.
Siúd thar mhullach an chlaí iad,
      i bhfad ó bhaile, i bhfad ó bhaile.
I've got 2 goats in the woods,
      and white sheep, white sheep.
They would not eat anything for me,
but the top of the furze, the top of the furze.
I herd them against the fence,
with a stump of a stick, a stump of a stick.
Over the top of the fence they go,
far from home, far from home.

Port nach bhfuil ag an bpíobaire, The piper has no tune,
Ná Hieland Laddie, Hieland Laddie. But Hieland Laddie, Hieland Laddie.
Port nach bhfuil ag an bpíobaire, The piper has no tune,
Ná Hieland Laddie, Hieland Laddie. But Hieland Laddie, Hieland Laddie.
Seán Ó Ceallaigh an píobaire, Seán Ó Ceallaigh the piper,
Is biodh sé mar sin, biodh sé mar sin. Let that be as it may, be as it may.
Seán Ó Ceallaigh an píobaire, Seán Ó Ceallaigh the piper,
Is biodh sé mar sin, biodh sé mar sin. Let that be as it may, be as it may.
Hieland Laddie is a Scots tune, which is why the name is in Scots, not Irish, and is pronounce "Heelan". I believe it is the tune used for the chantey Donkey Riding, first line "Were you ever in Quebec".
