The fact that you can change from eco to sport without having to fully stop is a win for me. I mean id never hse eco mode id juat let off the throttle if i want to slow down but its still a cool feature if letting your mom or kid ride it

Got this one on order, a step up from the Levy original that only has a 10 mile range. I think I made the right decision

Hello also it's recommended 220 lb but the max weights limit for this scooter is 264. If you look in the owners manual.

Changing the back tire on this is an absolute nightmare if you get a flat. I just did mine Sunday for the first time. Prepare yourselves.

how long did it take you to do it and would you say that it’s a deal breaker and we shouldn’t buy it because of that reason

@@haiderafnan5912 If you don't mind learning how and doing some trial and error it can workout. Couple of notes. Getting the rims off the tire and back on can be an absolute pain. Helps to have two people or... i use metal clamps, sometimes zip ties. Back tire requires you to remove the bottom plate covering the battery and completely disconnect the cables for the motor.
Lots of other steps and struggles leading up to that and I am fairly handy. Also, no basic tire shops will help you with removal or reinstallation of the tire or rim (even if you remove it from the scooter). I took it to a few scooter repair shops initially. Most shot me down because Hiboy are aparently knockoff segway 9bots. The tires say tubeless but clearly are not and can't be modified for that.
I won't tell you what to do because I don't know your budget. However, if I could go back in time, I'd roll with the 9bot. If you do get the hiboy, I recommend adding a product called flatout to your tires. My initial tires failed about a year out then I got several flats til I added the flatout. Tried slime too, wasn't a fan.

i just returned my hiboy s2max. Got a rear flat, found others had same problem with flat tires, basically impossible to change while on the road. nearest place that will fix it for me is 50 miles away. Looking into inokim quick 4 now. watching a youtube video on how to change the inokim now.

@@russellburkholder7234 get the S2 max pro. It's easier to open up and replace the back tire and th scooter is way better then the max

@@russellburkholder7234 I have two of these scooters, the only problem I found. The fact that the factory screws both wheels with a thread lock. In both scooters, the thread in the rear wheels was damaged during unscrewing. Because the remnants of the thread lock remained on the screw, damaging the thread inside the rim. I had to change the screws from M5 to M6 and I don't use any thread lock. The screws do not unscrew themselves while driving, even though I drive a lot on pavements. I have over 500 miles on both scooters and haven't caught a flat tire yet. The threads were damaged during a test at home when I was checking if I could repair a punctured tube on the road without removing it from the scooter. For me, it is possible, although a little not very comfortable compared to the bike. The only reason I do not recommend this type of scooters is the low suspension and the lack of spring or pneumatic cushioning. Suspension on elastomers is also not an option, although it is lighter.

Hello yes it has the same body as the ninebot max. But this hiboy scooter is better than the ninebot Max and many ways. Bigger battery. Longer-range. Bigger motor. I can go on.
