Personally I love these types of videos. Self care is so important and watching your videos always gives me inspiration to take care of myself and find time to relax and unwind.

I found this so interesting. I saw how Madeleine done her little face massages and it inspired me to do it along with her even though I had no idea what I was doing, literally. and shes right, it feels good and you dont realise how much tension you're hiding in in your eyebrows and other places until you massage it out. I feel so relaxed now and I would 100% recommend doing what mads recommends
