I am sure it’s just a temporary state, I had really bad acne when I was 15 but I stopped eating junk and I don’t have any now. Touch wood. But they come back when I eat junk food so yeah. She stopped using certain soaps and perfumes, and she also cut a lot of things out of her diet. She cleared up her cystic acne by doing that. So it’s a lot of different factors.
Also, a vegan lifestyle is NOT right for EVERYBODY. It’s important to pay attention to your own body. Acne is often an indicator of an imbalance in your body, and cutting out all animal products might make your body even more imbalanced.
No one needs 38 steps. I have 2 steps and I'm over 50 and gorgeous, thank you very much! 38 steps are simply her way of relaxing, de-stressing, and showing herself some good love and care. The problem with some of these videos is that they make beauty seem so complicated and difficult that most people give up. The truth is: Whatever works for you and whatever you have time for consistently is all you need.

Lily Ochoa genetics is a part. But I’ve watched this person on here who cleared her skin by finding out what material and food allergens were irritating her skin. She stopped using certain soaps and perfumes, and she also cut a lot of things out of her diet. She cleared up her cystic acne by doing that. So it’s a lot of different factors.
I get that but freelee is vegan and exercises a LOT and her skin looks awful and dull to me tbh.

No one needs 38 steps. I have 2 steps and I'm over 50 and gorgeous, thank you very much! 38 steps are simply her way of relaxing, de-stressing, and showing herself some good love and care. The problem with some of these videos is that they make beauty seem so complicated and difficult that most people give up. The truth is: Whatever works for you and whatever you have time for consistently is all you need.
Since fame is frightening to me, yeah emotional support skincare. That lifestyle with the lights hours etc, it’s incredible her skin actually looks like that. Probs for skin > makeup
