    📌 Recipe:
    100g red lentils
    Pour water for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight)
    rinse with water
    1 egg
    1 TBSP. Natural yoghurt
    Salt to taste
    black pepper
    Favorite spice: I used dry basil
    mix in a blender
    Spinach, chopped
    parsley, chopped
    Mix all ingredients together
    fry in vegetable oil
    Fry over low heat under the lid for 4-5 minutes on each side
    Add cheese on top
