Overall very nice. Some things I would change: larger wheels so you waste less stock at the bar ends. DRO on the ram for repeatability, also the ability to turn it 90deg for horizontal rolling of very large hoops.
It''s not the size of the wheels that determines the length of the wasted ends [Green in the trade]. It;s the distance between centres of the driven wheels. This process is actually called Rolling, as opposed to bending. where the material is formed around a Former, and Folding, where it is bent at a relatively sharp angle. He has done an excellent job, apart from the wheel spacing, and has not shot himself in the foot when he decides to add the two angled side rollers needed to roll angled sections. There is definitely an art in it!

Maybe put a measurement scale on the wheel that moves up and down so that you can accurately repeat when doing multiple parts that need to be the same.

Great job!
It is a bad idea to solder the wires before fitting into the switch. After time the connections will loosen up, due to the the solder COLD flowing due to the screw pressure. Always use the bare copper wire when using screw terminals. It is also the same effect if you were to solder the wires then use crimp connectors, it will come loose after time. Question please. How come you did not also change the bottom bearings setup, they surely must also bend under load as the top one did before you modified the bearing assembly. Regards from Australia.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with using a file to prepare a keyway. Broaches are quite expensive. So, as long as you a judicious when using the file, you keyway will work just fine. Don't let anyone tell you any different.
'works' is a little bit different than transmits lots of torque without deformation.
@@JaakkoF ;I did say "judicious". I have lost count of the number of keyways I finished with a file before I gained access to a quality broach set.
I have never had a keyway fail, nor the key itself deform. I have performed this task on units up to 50 HP. Low RPM to over 3,000 RPM. I also used proper key stock.
