Indy FSDO my oral was 8 hours then the examiner failed me because he didn’t like how I explained weight and balance even though I was correct lol that was 10 years ago and now I’m flying captain on an airbus A319

I was told by a DPE at Lake Havasu it was a 70% failure recently, he was particularly hard on Flight Academies.
