Most of the dental professors I worked with said they thought they "knew it all" after 40 years of practice, then they had to teach it and "learned they knew little"
This is news to me. I’m a student pilot at a 141 school, and it seems to me like the university lines out each flight and ground lesson. I don’t think my instructor has ever made a lesson plan. The school lays it all out for him
Hi Jack, thanks for watching! A lot of 141 programs have lesson plans they want you to use/a syllabus they need you to follow. Please reach out to us at support@mzeroa.com if you need any further assistance. Fly safe!
None of my 13 instructors, just during my private pilot training, ever showed up with a lesson plan. It always seems like they are just winging it. Even my DPE for my practical test didn’t have a plan of action. Is this really what happens? Once certified just wing it?
Hi Jimmy! It depends on your CFI and the curriculum at your flight school. Some CFIs may look at the lesson plan before meeting with a student while some may use it during the lesson. Also, every student learns differently, so a specific lesson plan may not fit every single student. A CFI needs to tailor his/her instruction to each individual student. Hope this helps! Please reach out to us at support@mzeroa.com if you need anything else. Fly safe!

That's a good way to look at it!
