Good testing mate - why indoor ranges are useful. They're the same pellet (H&NFTT), Bisley too. From watching H&N factory tours, I don't see how how they differentiate customer brands in manufacture (if they even do), but H&N process control and QA is very good. I guess in theory they could be different sizes, but I don't think so - I've never been able to find a difference in shooting (even 20 YO ones vs modern). The short skirt pellet is now an old design, hence why the new Baracudas look like a JSB and shoot better. Any difference you're seeing in your groups is pellet-pellet natural variation. You'd have to test hundreds to test significant difference, let alone from tin to tin - an expensive dedication to science!
JSB (eg Daystate, AA, FX, Weihrauch FTE) run ltd batches off one press for the customer brands - more consistent in theory than mixed batch, but could be for better or worse (reduces pellet-pellet variation in theory, but batches can be good or bad). In general, customer brands make people feel better matching pellet to rile. Placebo, nowt more.
I currently like the ~9.5gr pellets with semi point head for both Weihrauch barrels (several) and FX for shooting in breezy outdoor conditions (target or hunting): The QYS Streamlined Heavy and H&N Baracuda FT are both excellent (but expensive). I'm about to start testing RWS SFUH if the weather ever improves (no indoor range for me!).

Usually find using the nominal weigh for any calibre works best… little point mucking about…8.5 ish .177, 14.5 for.22…

They've been out of stock this far when I've been looking. I have noticed that the price for them has gradually gone up too??

Yeah bought some @ £9.95 and a fortnight later they were £12.50 IF you could find a place that had any left .. they have had fantastic reviews , and quite rightly so , and on that basis I reckon H&N have jumped on the price rise bandwagon for these particular pellets .. bought 10 tins and are excellent in most of my rifles ..

take away from that is in YOUR gun you can shoot any of the 8.64 grain pellets you tried without having to adjust scope. That may not carry over to other guns, especially different makes, models and manufacturers. However its worth trying

I'm going to try and see if the results are the same, better or worse if I re zero at each distance as opposed to aiming with hold over or under

Only used the H&N's out the four but don't get consistent results. Might try the Weihrauch's. That's my moto as well they all hit something.

That's what I thought, but doesn't't necessarily mean the same pellets as could be different lead wire and punch / presses?
If all the "same" then it would be a simple case of but what's cheapest, I'm all for that
