Thanks for watchingThe BEST VR Games you're not playing - Ігри
Only cool people like, comment and subscribe.
Let me know your VR hidden gem.
Just got Blade & Sorcery, can't wait to try and create some content with it!
One that literally no one played anymore that should still be played, and that’s Raw Data. That game was and still is way to fun and should be played more.
I don't care to be cool or not. Lol
I said it before, I'll say it again: XING!
@CrescendoBatVR I had that on PS4 VR and it was awesome! Now I have a great PC and Quest 3 and I need to play that again!
THIS is what I'm talking about! We need more videos covering the hidden VR gems and keep those games in the limelight. Especially multiplayer ones like Guardians Frontline (Helldivers 2 in VR?!!! Yes, please!)
As a VR veteran, I almost am never immersed in the many VR games I've played. However, a game that really no one talks about that was able to immerse me like nothing else, was Eye Of The Temple on quest 3. One of my top VR games of all time.
We really appreciate you continuing to show Vengeful Rites love, Matteo! Thanks for the shoutout and the great video!
I would also recommend Vox Machinae. I am surprised so few people talk about it. It's a mecha game, controls are very tacktile. You must use in game buttons, tumblers and stuff to control your mecha. It has great single player campaign and a multiplayer and some people still play it.
just got its Quest 3 update too!
Tales of Glory is not Chivalry in VR, it's Mount&Blade in VR :)
Man I love VR, it's a strange feeling trying to play flat screen games now, they feel so boring and cold, I need interaction! VR is the way ! Just got Blade & Sorcery, can't wait to try and create some content with it!
Couldn't agree more bro!
yeah Ive got the same problem playing since 2017 psvr1-quest2-psvr2 and now quest 3. I've played almost every good to great vr title possible on PCVR or Standalone Q3. Even flatscreen games with vr mods like mother vr, luke ross, ue5 vr mods or porta from beaf team. And since 2017 I didnt finnish any flatscreen game cause once u go vr there is no getting back. But to be honest observing VR for almost 7 years now and I must say that this industry since it is a nish is getting backwards... golden years of vr in my opinion 2017-2020 are over. That was the time when some AAA tried to invest in VR industry. Many new titles are weak comparing to old vr Classic released years ago. Many titles are playable thanks to modding comunity... most of the titles especially standalone are full of bugs, simple android mini games. But I keep my fingers crossed cause in 2024 we are gonna have a lot promising realeses. If not for me gaming days are over. I do not have $ to spend for upgrading PC ewch year with new graphic card that cost small fortune I do not have $ for new consoles pro and whatnot or even vr headsets and I do not have 80$ to spend for 1 AAA game title so. I must really watch what I am buying. I am playing video games since 1994 Ive seen it all... it was wash rince and repeat until VR era but now even VR seems to be stuck in that infinite loop.
Right? I feel like I haven't spent nearly as much time playing flat screen compared to VR hours lately.
Blade and Sorcery with 1.0 is now the best Vr game
Traded my PS4 for a quest pro. VR is a dream come true from my childhood
Synapse was AWESOME. The eye tracking actually made using your powers fun to use.
Robo recall was the vr first game I ever played, and is one of the main reasons I got into vr and game development. I really wish it had gotten a sequel, and it is still one of my favorite vr games.
Paradise Hotel is the only standalone VR game to actually scare the shit out of me.
Lies Beneath was pretty spooky. And Saints and Sinners got me with some jumpscares.
But Paradise Hotel is both super unsettling and has decent jumpiness.
Shame its only like 3 hours long. But I think its totally worth it.
Would you recommend picking up Lies Beneath over something with a bit more replay value? it's been on my watch list since I got my Q2, but I just haven't been able to pull the trigger yet...
Thank you for bringing so many new titles to my attention! Wow, I've missed a bunch. One I do have is Robo Recall and I haven't played it in a long time. (One of the first games I purchased.) I need to go and revisit that.
Glad someone finally talked about Venegful Rites. Best RPG hidden gem.
I feel like Elite Dangerous deserves a spot on this list.
Get a HOTAS and Elite Dangerous in VR is addictive as hell.
Totally agree on robo recall, it came free with rift and was one of my 1st VR games. Then lone echo, Asgard's wrath, Stormland & HL Alyx,. Then VR industry went to Quest a moved backward in immersion IMO. Also love Synapse and Ghost signal, which if you like defo give "From Other suns" a go, same game loop but 1st person.
Nice to see tales of glory getting recognition. Probably my most played vr game
Blade and Sorcery just did a full release. It's a full game now.
I still stand by Westworld Awakening being the most criminally underappreciated VR game released yet. It's such a good game and visually one of the best, even today, but so few ever talk about it. Glad to see Defector on this list as well. I think the opening level on the plane is one of the best introductory levels I've ever played and the game has a lot of replayability / multiple paths through levels. Lies Beneath is another great game from the Oculus era that doesn't get nearly enough attention.
Guardians frontline. What a game for coop. Keep returning. Great community
VTOL VR is great fun. It's realistic enough to make learning how to fly and use the weapon systems fun and compelling, but it's arcadey enough that you don't need to read a 5 page manual to learn the "correct" way to fire up the engines.
Kind of a shame it's not on Quest (at least 3), I bet it would sell quite well.
It would sell a lot. VTOL is one of the best VR games out there. The dynamic conquest missions in multiplayer are super fun. Fun in solo as well.
A lot of great PCVR stuff will be on the Quest 4. We're right there on the tipping point.
i still go back to synapse often, the mechanics just are so fun it has endless replay value to me. dunno how it would get ported without the eye tracking, i feel like thats what really makes it feel so damn awesome
From Other Suns was such an amazing game. It was unfortunately ahead of its time, but I would love to see them redo this game for Quest three. I played back when it released and was the first time that I felt like a space action hero, boarding other ships and having shoot outs with the enemies.
Yeah. I'm tempted to play it, even though it's abandoned. Sounds kind of like Mass Effect in VR.
Is the game completable single player or are there mods? Or private servers?
@@tobiasmyers3505 You can play the whole game single player. There are not mods for it that I know of from when I played before. I may download it again and see.
@@tobiasmyers3505 The game can be played single player through the end but is more fun multiplayer. It was made in 2017 so not quite the same standards as a game made today, but still a solid game. I do not believe there are any mods but I haven't played several years.
Liked to remember some of these for later. Even though Jet Island looks like ass nowadays, it is the game that made me realize the potential of VR. Definitely give it a run through with a friend (possibly stream?) and you'll beat it in 2-3 hours, and the developer is working on another giant boss style game. Thank you for the content!
robo recall was the first VR game I ever played at a friends house
Gotta plug Fallout 4 VR and Skyrim VR (both modded). So much gameplay in those two titles and you can pick them up from time to time for under $20. I have hundreds of hours in both.
Playing Synapse now..on my second time through to get the true ending. Omg!! Addictive, tough and fun!! Going to try to make some more progress today without dying🤞🙏.. great video as always
This video was great Matteo Good to see games I never heard of but now I am bummed I cannot plan silicon rising
"Downhill VR" is a game I like to come back to again and again because it's a bit like a VR version of Descenders. It's still in early access, with a multiplayer and career mode planned for the future.
I'm already having a lot of fun with it (vr legs needed), even if I wish the team would make the game more focused on motion controls.
I really think people hated the setup process of lighthouse base stations and obviously the super high cost of a good PC. If Sony or Microsoft can get their upcoming consoles to run high end 2020 quality PC VR titles wirelessly, well that will be the game changer for the VR industry. Xbox and Meta should collaborate on this and make it happen. Not enough people got to see the amazing quality of those games. It's a shame to see that technology forgotten to the past
Just show everyone Beatsaber. In a group. Everyone loves music and moving to music.
I found an older game called Jet Island. It's kind of a shadow of colossus on a hover board with Spiderman webs and blasters. It's not the best game but it's the only game to constantly convince my stomach and body that I'm on the edge of a cliff about to fall forever
A few new things to add to my list! Will need to check out Vengeful Rites because I've wanted a big RPG but hate fiddling with Skyrim mods. Almost all of those viewer recommended ones at the end sound pretty interesting too, will need to look more into Tales of Glory, House of the Dying Sun and Jet Island
VTOL VR tip, the public beta is testing weather and clouds, and WOW it massively improves the gameplay feel!
I need to play House of the Dying Sun. Hear nothing but good things about it. People even like it without VR. The worst thing I hear about it is that it's short, but that's not really a negative.
Defector was awesome!
I would say hitman 3 is a good bang for a buck (has vr support) with all content packs added is a good vr experience for at least 1000 hrs. It looks amazing and runs great.
Tales of glory has some mods too, one of them changed the factions into fast food restaurants. So you can fight against McDonald's or KFC. It's hilarious watching an army of Subway warriors clash with an army of Burger King
I finished almost all those games. They are older but good at gameplay. Nice vid bro.
I want to talk to the Devs that made the short PCVR (Oculus Rift) game "Bullet Train" and the demo called "Showdown" to plead with them to make a full game of "Bullet Train" and to inquire about if they were actually planning on making "Showdown" for Oculus Rift and the Quest because that demo sure looked good with a swat team shooting at a giant robot that was shooting at them in the middle of downtown with a car flipping in air, cans and bullets flying in slow motion. 😊
Bullet Train actually ended up becoming Robo Recall. If you watch (or play) both back-to-back you can see the shared DNA between them
@@synth5815 Hmmm, that's interesting because I saw some similarities between both games but I just thought that perhaps they were both created by the same devs.
I'll still like to a longer version of Bullet Train.
What about Showdown. Do you have any info on that? Was that a game they were working on?
@@emekaadibe5553 I don't think Showdown was anything other than a standard tech demo, the kind that is traditional for Epic to do when demonstrating Unreal Engine for new platforms or generations. I agree that a full game based on Bullet Train seemed more exciting than Robo Recall. I remember being a little disappointed when Robo Recall was fully revealed, because I was hoping for something closer to Bullet Train also.
@@synth5815 Yeah, that Showdown thing really looked cool especially on PCVR. It kinda showed where VR was heading.
Anyway, I believe the future is bright for VR and it's only going to get better.
I was so happy to see "From Other Suns" on here. That is such a good game and amazing in coop. Very very challenging.
Two other sleeper games I played a lot of that hardly anyone knows is...
Karnage Chronicles (SteamVR), a great coop dungeon crawler that kept me and my brother entertained all the way to the end.
Sprint Vector (SteamVR), is a great racing game that gives a great workout since you have to use your arms to move. Me and my brother would have racing tournaments all the time, and the large number of great tracks kept things entertaining.
Karnage chronicles is fantastic
Beanstalker is really fun. The height factor totally messes with my head in vr. I forgot all about that one. Taking guildmates in to play it now.
Robo Recall was one of the first games I played. What a great intro to VR. These days I'm very into VR flight sims. One under rated game I like to jump into on occasion is Vox Machinae. It's a battle mech game kinda like Under Dog but better graphics and weapons.
Robo Recall is so good. If they'd put it on steam they would make bang. +1 on Jet Island and I want to add Spectro on this list as another hidden gem.
Although i dislike wave shooters, Robo Recall is definitely worth playing, basic good story, and the mechanics, yeah they showed all the things you CAN'T do on pancake games, it'll get you in to VR(wish it was free locomotion though, but still ahead of it's time! Defector was really cool too, bit janky at times but ambitious! I missed Lone Echo and Elite Dangerous on this list, maybe for next time!
there is a mod for free locomotion! Definitely recommend trying it out if you play on pc
Nice one m8!
Sounds about right. I own all of these games, and have only ever played Blaston. The others just sleep in my library... 😅 I think I might drop into Tales of Glory now, native bhaptics support, and they even have a part 2 (which I also own and never touched)...
@Gamingwithmatteo311 i got my Q3 yesterday and I always played on a Q2 pcvr. For some wierd reason I get motionsick in Q3 even with watching video's . I did not had that problem in quest 2. Ipd is set the same.
I really hope somebody knows a solution because this is a strange problem and I do bot want to return my Q3. On all ipd settings all looks fine for me so setting that it's hard to tell what to set it ar. So I have it same as Q2
robo recall unplugged is amazing on quest 3 with the hd plus profile on the quest game optimizer, it's like a while new game
Tales of glory is amazing! Mount and blade in VR :D
Yeah I'm not as much of a Chivalry person, but Mount and Blade in VR... plz take my money, why did I not know!? 🤣
@@ZenoTasedro Oof you are in for a treat as it's way more a M&B game than chivalry tbh :) Was one of my first VR-experiences and I'm installing it rn to replay it with a better rig :D
Don't miss out on it!
@@ZenoTasedro You might need to drink a Protein Shake afterwards... for your muscles.
Robo Recall is the one game I’ve noticed never goes on sale on the quest
Synapse is a great game .a game like this in full color like i see the first minute of the game, amazing
If PlayStation would drop the wires, even though it's just one, I'd get the psvr2...
I'll stick with my quest until something else comes along
Good video bruh
Tales of Glory is more like VR Mount and Blade more than Chivalry, but has the problem of being janky as hell, as of about 6 months ago(last time I played).
Gods of Gravity is a very deep and fun strategy multiplayer game. You can even play for free. It’s one I always go back to.
Robo recall is a cool game. That sucks because of teleport which completely ruind the experience. It was one of those early games were developers. Thought everyone was going to nauseous playing VR and we're terrified that would destroy the industry. Valve is still afraid of locomotion, Half-Life, Alyx is another example of hand holding, No running, jumping and falling is just a mere float. But fortunately many developers got it right.
I tried Blaston. Not sure if the AI difficulty is just way too high or if I'm just no good at it, but I could never get past the fourth AI opponent. For some reason the game just keeps giving you awful guns while it gives your opponent OP guns and they just annihilate you. I tried passing it like 10 times before I just gave up and uninstalled. It's super awkward trying to stay on the tiny little platform while at the same time trying to dodge incoming shots.
Adding a few of these to the list. Vr needs me soending that cash. Really want this industry to thrive. And software is needed. Developers need to know what games we like by voting with your dollar
I’ve been out of gaming for some years now, but VR games is still archaic… what about Crysis or Deadspace on VR?
I don’t know why, but Westworld Awakening just crashed on me over and over and over. Had to give up!
I think Robo recall is an awesome game on the quest it just needs smooth locomotion then it would be perfect
A Mages tale (PSVR1)
Preta Vendetta Rising (PSVR1) *dead because nobody was playing it.
Ancient Dungeons (Quest & PSVR2)
Light Brigade (PSVR2)
and Dead Effect 2 (Quest 2 app lab) the BEST Space RPG of all time..like Doom mixed w Skyrin in space
I bought quest 3 yesterday and this is my first youtube vr video I watched :D But to make this comment I had to take off headset and write it on the phone - am I missing the option to leave comment in youtube vr or there is none?
Regards
Hey Matteo311, what's with all these Meta Quest Central games? Many are dated as far back as the Quest 1 era. What's going on?
This is a hidden gem video as discussed.
DAMN silicon rising looks SO GOOD. Is it on any sits anywhere!?
Robo Recall the good/old/golden/beauty VR-Times❤
Silicone rising looks so fun
From Other Sun's Would Blow Up If It Had A Stand Alone Re-Release On The Quest I Picked It Up Afew Years Ago And Still Play It From Time To Time And My Only Gripe Was If You Die You Have To Start The Campaign All The Way Over From The Beginning..
I Mean Rogue lite Game's Are Okay But..
Is it too much to ask for a Captain America game? I feel that could have some cool mechanics.
Cybercade is pretty much Time Crisis in VR and is co-op
I got a lot from this video, 4 or 5 games I'm going to look into. FoS would have been a great Quest release with a little polish. I have a chain of 20 emails with Meta customer support trying to get it to work on my new PC. It doesn't like my processor. 🤦
Bean Stalker is $2 until the 22nd of July
Westworld is definitely a triple A game before Alex. They probably didn't make much money.
Christopher Nolan's brother, Jonathan, made Westworld with his wife. He is a writer on a bunch of Christopher Nolan movies. He helped make the Fallout tv show as well. I bet he advised on the VR Westworld game. Christopher Nolan has said he would like to develop a VR game.
silicon rising is still for sale. Its broken??
I've been interested in Robo Recall for a long time, but I'm not sure I've ever seen it go on sale and at $30 (on Meta) it seems overpriced to me. I did get to try a demo of it kind of recently and enjoyed it, but still don't think it's worth $30.
You forgot edge of nowhere, Wilson's heart, The gallery series, chronos, stormland, obduction and proze enlightenment 😜
I'm kind of done with adding psvr1 to the list for reasons, some of these I sort of agree with
@@Gamingwithmatteo311 Some of these are PCVR Oculus games.
@@tobiasmyers3505 yup
I love RTS and Stellaris but couldnt get into Ghost Signal.
Bro went out of his way to make a video game tier list 😂
Huh
Robo-recall on Rift-PC environment doesn't play anymore :(
Westworld is the best. I loved it
'jet island' looks very similar like it was made by the same people that made 'blueshift'?? (free on steam)
Jet Island is the best game u have ever recommended so far 😛 don't miss out on it
I know this comment probably be repeated because it’s been repeated so much but Robo recall needs free movement. If Robo recall had free movement and some type of jumping system that wasn’t teleport that game would’ve been one of the best of all time.
There was a mod for free locomotion
Vtol vt is one of the best flight Sims on pc
Check out Compound, The Last Clockwinder
robo recall would be my go to game every day
but the SOB's won't put smooth locomotion
no one likes to teleport in a fast action game
its so good, but needs locomotion
are they lazy? dumb? it seems like abandonware
My dream , wish, is Quest 3 and the PS5 becoming compatible 💯🔥 yo
I think stride fates should be on here
WarDust is missing. Its the best shooter on steam VR. gotta coordinate with discord community though.
Tales of Glory is Mount N Blade in VR not Chivalry.
I thought total recall for the quest was great. Apex Construct was also a great one.
Robo recall? 😀
The other game would be Vox Machinea. It's an amazing mech game.
Hell yeah
25 mins is classed as a slow start these days?!? 😂
Jeez I guess TikTok has really done a number on peoples attention spans
sad Silicon Rising doesnt even work on steam.
Lies beneath never gets mentioned
Hey Matteo, I’d love to play some Pop1 or Contractors with you. I’m R1_220.
Another great video. This channel is fantastic. The #1 VR CHANNEL for quick , yet informative , information.
😂 It's too hot 🔥 to play VR time to get outside for a few months.
Air-conditioning ftw
@@Gamingwithmatteo311 I have AC heat pumps. Lol. I enjoy the summer vibe outdoors. When I start back up there's always lots of games to play. All good in the hood 😂😊
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Try megaton rainfalls
Another great oldie
Try iron Rebelión
Yo, I'm early!
No Elite dangerous?
I don't think elite dangerous is a sleeper hit as many people have heard of it.
Yeah definitely not a sleeper
Ah fair enough, I never hear people talking about it on yt though. I haven't played it on my quest yet cos I have to buy it again which sucks. Looking forward to it though.
You missed Raw Data.
I dont feel it holds up anymore
