Your MP10575 specs and is supposed to have a silicone adbv, it's why the extra $2.50 price over the ST series filters. First Brands (Champ Labs owner) has been playing games and substituting black nitrile adbvs, baiting and switching buyers. Want to buy MP series, check for original blue or orange silicone adbv. Otherwise my advice, pass on the MP with black adbvs. Thanks for vid.
The same company that makes acdelco filters makes the super tech filters. They also manufacture filters for other vehicle manufacturers. It’s a good company that isn’t going to ruin their reputation by making garbage.
My motocrafts are clean and solid. Base plate bypass are clean and no leaks! The cap end snap in assembly can leak at leaf weak spot with no gasket! imho
So, I just sold my 2018 Ford F-150 (5.0L V8) and purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 (6.6L Gas). From everything that I can find, it looks like I can use the Motorcraft FL500s oil filters on my new GMC. I saw your review (thanks for that) and I still get the same impression. Is it okay to use the Motorcraft FL-500s on the GMC 6.6L gas engine? Thanks.
I used the Motorcraft FL-500 on my 2014 Chevy SS with the 6.2L LS3 motor it ran fine and was actually longer than the AC Delco PF-48 filter I replaced.
from Ford Motorcraft website: “Just to confirm, the Motorcraft oil filters that have the silicone anti-drainback valve (which is orange) are the ones that end with the letter S, such as the FL-820S and the FL-910S. The ones that don't have the "S" such as this FL822 have the rubber anti-drainback valve which is usually black.”
Guess I’ll be skipping on the AC Delco filters and getting the Supertech filter instead. Same exact filter, $3-$4 cheaper. Thanks for the video.
I found the ac delco pf63 on Amazon for $6.05

Super tech looks like ac delco?
The only difference are the words/numbers stamped on the outside
True story.

Will it fit f150 5.0? Pf63?
Fascinating

Any comments?

The s on motorcraft filters means for use with synthetic oils. Has nothing to do with the drain back valve.
