Made a salad very similar to this just yesterday! Same ingredients minus the romaine (hubs has trust issues w/ romaine - too many recalls for his comfort lol). For the dressing I just used olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little lemon juice, and S&P. He loved it!
That’s a pretty coarse chop of garlic for going raw in the dressing! I would probably halve the amount and mash it with some kosher salt using the side of my knife. A little garlic goes a long way! (And stays on your tongue for a long time!) haha! ☺️

I also make my own dressing, instead of oil I typically use tahini or coconut yogurt. The best thing about making your own is you can put whatever you want in!

I also make my own dressing, instead of oil I typically use tahini or coconut yogurt. The best thing about making your own is you can put whatever you want in!
