Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Nuff respect chef Morris
Excellent work chef Morris,,
Very good your way as well
Not in the fry up ting but there's a couple ways to make it.. my mother taught me just to put it on a low fire for many hours, usually comes straight off the bone.. I don't usually and any other ingredients ones it's been seasoned for a few days and I never put seasoned meat in the freezer.. look nice still.. plus I would have the patato in it from the start.. but my food is on low for about 4 to 5 hours
Didn’t see that beautiful pot in which you cooked the curried goat in the link. Where can I purchase it.
Yessssss man!!!! Respect ✊
with a intro track like that...we need to like and subscribe automatically #freeworldboss
I’m gonna try this looks yummy thank you
Great video man! If I marinade in the freezer can I leave it frozen for a few weeks?
Yeass u can
Yes
You can season your meat only and when ready to cook it....add oil, garlic, scotch bonnet pepper and the curry powder to pot mek the curry burn but not to dark...then add your meat! ***Also with curry powder it must be cooked well or it can hurt your stomach that's why some people add ginger or tip little rum in the pot to prevent curry hurting your stomach***. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲😋😋
I just discovered your channel and I love it! I liked and subscribed.
Always wanted to know what type of curry powder you use in authentic Jamaican curry goat.
Nice video . I want a good pot like that
hmm. Personally I let the goat spring it own water and then i throw it away to get rid of the excess fat. Then I add water and seasoning to taste. As a yardie I like to use Maggie seasoning . Maggie makes anything taste good.😆
Mi agree. Dat ah one heap a water.
Soun like d right way. Was like 4 cups a water
I just made this and it is great 😍😍😍
Thank you so much
Thumbs up for the meal
Thanks for sharing 🇯🇲👍🏽🤗
Love it 👍👍👌
If u want dinner tomorrow... u should have prepared it last year.
I cook the curry first but that's ok I see what you did, reducing the liquids down, that's a good idea what u did; I will try your way. Nice! 👍
LorealBrazell TV simmer down to gravy is how 95% of Jamaicans do it, when you cook the meat like that it tastes better.
Easy! Thank you
Morris ! Big Up Yuhself ! I just made this and I shocked myself ! You definitely have a new subscriber ! Affi try more tings! Lol
Thanks Morris, is All Purpose Seasoning and Curry Powder included salt?
Which part of the goat is best for making curry?
Leg and shoulder
Yea mon!
yuh nuh burn di curry?
What curry powder and all purpose season do you use
That's all so important.. he needs to recommend some well seasoned brands etc..
Wowwww.
Can you do a video making your own all purpose seasoning, I am allergic to MSG and a lot of Jamacian spice has MSG as main ingredient. Also can you do a video showing how to choose, pre prepare and clean the goat meat? I just discovered your channel and I am hooked! Great job!
Yummy
Mine turned out really well. I’ve been told that Curry Goat isn’t supposed to have potatoes in it but I feel like it is something that makes Torge cooking process a lot quicker without affecting the taste of the curry. I had it on a slow cook for 4 hours to get it thick. Mine didn’t thicken up as much as yours but you have better equipment than me.
Can’t wait to try this for Thanksgiving. The potato’s help to stretch the meal.
Do you have a stovetop pressure cooker curry goat version ?
Your dishes are always well done and looking delicious BUT I learnt that adding cold water to your meat while cooking , will take away the flavor of the meat. So I would respectfully suggest that you use hot water next time sir. I still love and enjoy your channel. Keep up the good work 👍 RC straight outta linstead, St Catherine Jamaica
can I use only beef broth instead of water! is that ok to do
In can see that u are well learnt .....ur presentation/decoration always sell aff dowe
1st time this Wednesday I married meet @ spice today 2 cook 4 Wednesday respect I let u bo how it go
Sounds good and smells good too lol
No scallions? Aka spring onion?? Also need more fresh thyme in there.
Spring onion in the green rub im sure
This look so Good! I don't cook curry goat very often because the meat comes out tough any suggestions? I thought maybe I was adding too much water, but, I see you kept adding water. Somebody said maybe it's the meat.. Help!
For tougher goat, cook longer and submerge it under the water on low to medium heat.
Invest in a pressure cooker. Cuts cooking time in half.
Low and slow
remembah-goat not mutton! a fren or two a mines get dem mix up n dey are verrryy different! Mutton dem tuff! an fatty fatty! jes a remindah!!
Walk Good!
Slow cooker!!! I also hear the leg is more tender
Wow
Yes king big up
I need this.. You can see this IS AUTHENTIC JA COOKING.. THUMBS UP... subscribe and share lol
Where is your shop
What type of all purpose is that can u tell me the brand
May i ask what brand curry do you use ...i am having a hard time finding good curry
Nia Ashley try betta pack it’s one of the best out there that’s what I use
The best kind is a Jamaican brand called blue mountain. They have two versions and regular one and a spicier version. I use the spicier one if I don’t have any scotch bonnet or any other hot pepper sauce.
cool recipe Morris but me thinks that Man should make his own curry powder
I would like to know how to make the mixed blend
louder for the people in the back... "ANYTHING CURRY SHOULD BE SPICY!"
Looking good 🤗
