Here in the Netherlands baked mine made sorel, shared with some of my neighbors and others here, im graeful i can bake and cook, though paralised that aint gonna stop me.
While not the same this method is very similar to my wife's. This year we didn't sell any, and the clients are not happy. I know your table will have joy with black cake on the table. Bless up!

Thank you, that sounds like you’re having heat issues. Ensure that your oven is maintaining the heat. You can try purchasing an oven thermometer that hang on the racks, that will give you a more accurate reading or maybe you’re opening the oven mid way durning baking. That can drastically affect the oven temperature resulting in your cakes collapsing. I hope this helps and thank you for the support.
