I just revived my 880EX, and need to review all of this, since it's been about 15 years since I used it last. This should be mostly compatible in terms of function procedures.
Is this machine worthy of picking up used today? Does it have any kind of drum machine? Does it create WAV format files or a Roland proprietary format like Yamaha does? Looks like an intriguing unit.
@@Bridging_the_Political_Divide Not sure what the prices for them are these days. I revived an old model I bought new back in the late 90s. I would say, that for me, not being accustomed to all of the accessories and processes of recording via a PC, it's still very much worth my time and effort to reacquaint myself with the workstation. You can write songs to CDR, and then rip as a WAV file from the disc.
