This is how people in West worked hard and built their nations so that now everyone from their own countries can comment on safety and cleanliness which is really essential for these workers but hats off to those ancestors of developed nations , they have suffered a lot to make their country what it is now. We are working hard now so that our coming generations will be like you.

Pakistan the ultimate place for recycling unwanted scrap materials. I can only assume these solid rubber tyres are for handcarts and the like and certainly not for fitting to mechanically propelled vehicles. As for health and safety I presume they are terms that have never been heard of in Pakistan but those men work hard for what they get paid, it makes you wonder about their life expectancy
Life expectancy will be a little less than in the West...70 years or so...but the quality of health will be pretty dire I think. I also suspect these are for handcrafts etc. Too small for anything road bound.
A bit like India, there's large service and agriculture industries so the national life expectancy of 67years is probably a bit high for these guys unfortunately. Every developed nation has had a period like this.
The quality of the air must be glorious, and I would take a full and deep breath to bring in all the purities of this natural and pleasant environment. The video does not appear to be sped up and I can see it is original speed and thus the men are working swiftly.
I watch these kind of videos so I can learn about how thing are made. Mostly however I watch them to feel grateful that my life is as easy as it is. Respect to these poor men and the working conditions they face. I wouldn't last a minute.
It's all about motivation, re live your 18th year, pause your current life. No food storage, no job with 20 years experience. No cash No car no friends or girlfriends. Then go try and get a job and live for a week with only what you make from working. It's quite an experience to challenge yourself, your cold hungry lonely broke unsatisfied and lonely. You have to fix all that with nothing. It's also where your r4alize how pinned down you are by your own stuff.

I'm an ex assistant supervisor of a plastics and rubber molding plant. First no real safety protocols. 2. Super old technology. 3. Mold release spray would make them come out quicker. 4. Move the tumblers closer to that old rag tag injection screw to make production times more adequate.
Hats off to the people that work these jobs but, among many other things, being so close to fast-moving flywheels makes me wince. One wrong move and you're lucky if you just get maimed. I wish the employers would do more to make it safer for these gentlemen.
you just got to be careful your self working there and leave your smartphone at home so no distractions , nor is it impossible to sue the company if you get maimed on the job cause you should have looked out better for your self. got some old machines myself and those dont have safety's neither so if i work with them the phone goes off or at least leave it in the house and not with me in the garage so i dont get distracted and i can focus on the machine and what im doing , even my daughter knows this and when she want to speak to me when im working those machines she knows to wait till the machine is off. some times i even ask myself what the world has come to and how would some of the safety measures safe you like the hardhats/knockhats in distribution centers you really think it would save you when a box of say 10 or 20lbs drops on your head from say 15feet up ? or is that more of a false sense of safety then ?

you think those help you when a container false on your toes or your head ? or is it to protect you from bumping your head against a container ? well you shouldnt have been that close to something being lifted in the first place.
