that "slag" hanging off the bottom is called "dross" and is normal when plasma cutting and oxy torch cutting. use a chipping hammer to knock it off, then clean it up with a grinder. A grinder is a welder/ metal workers best friend. I have the Arc Captain Mig 200 and I love it. Works far better than I ever imagined it would. I just got the Cut 50 , comes in this week. my oxy/acetylene torch hose busted, and this whole machine cost less than the replacement hose. Can't complain.
Maybe thickest would be frame and strut mounts that I can think of. Does it have an air flow rate chart for that lowest setting for the thin metal you cut or did you leave it at 55 psi? How many gallons is your air tank?
Oxygen is flammable. Highly recommend you stick to what the directions say. ALL plasma cutters only use compressed air from an air compressor. Even your 1000 dollar units.
Congrats on baby coming!
Thanks! We are super excited!
Thank you sir and have a blessed day America

I think you will be happy with the machine! It easily does what I need it to do!
Thank you very much for your kind words! We will continuously provide high-quality and affordable welding machines with our customers.
Hey you know you unscrew that hose fitting on the regulator & screw your quick connect into the regulator
I attempted it, but the fitting is recessed in there a bit too far to put anything on it.
I'm known for breaking things so I just went this route 🤣🤣
It won’t let me send a picture of the fitting. I put my dewalt impact on it and it came right out
What is the smallest air compressor it will run on?

What size air compressor you got
It's an 80 gallon, but it's not necessary!
What would happen if instead of compressed air, a bottle of oxygen was hooked up to it? Would it burn cleaner or hotter, or not at all? Just asking.

You should be dragging it instead of pushing
Actually, you should do whatever your preference is! 👍
NOTHING MORE FLIMSILY BUILT THAN AN ARCAPTAIN MACHINE
WEAKNESS
