  • 30-DAY FIT: Day 24 - 💪 Today, we're focusing on SHOULDERS and CALVES. Over the next 30 minutes, we'll tackle 10 exercises for shoulders and 5 exercises for calves, repeated twice . Each exercise lasts for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Remember to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and adjust your speed to match your fitness level. Get ready to push your limits and feel the burn!
    Workout Breakdown:
    Warm-Up (3 minutes)
    Shoulders
    1. Shoulder Press
    2. Lateral Raises
    3. Front Raises
    4. Upright Rows
    5. Pike Push Up
    6. Rear Delt Row R
    7. Rear Delt Row L
    8. Steering Wheel
    9. Around The World
    10. Arc Raises
    REPEAT x 2
    Calves
    1. Double Calf Raise
    2. Dumbbells Double Calf Raise
    3. One Leg Calf Raise - R
    4. One Leg Calf Raise - L
    5. Calf Hold
    REPEAT x 2
    Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
    Full body stretches
    Workout Structure:
    Perform each exercise for 45 seconds.
    Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
    Complete as many sets as possible within the 30-minute timeframe.
    Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
    Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.
