I just wanted to take a minute to thank you. I keep liking your videos but really they have kind of changed my life, today was a good example. I was pretty tired and it's really smoky from forest fires here in the Pacific Northwest of America so my energy levels are low but I did my day 26 work out, I needed it. I wanted it. Thank you.
