Warm-Up (3 minutes)
Goblet Squats x 3
Reverse Lunges x 3
Squat Jumps x 3
RDLs x 3
Dumbbell Glute Bridge x 3
Glute Kickback (R) x 3
Glute Kickback (L) x 3
Side-Lying Hip Abduction (R) x 3
Side-Lying Hip Abduction (L) x 3
Calf Raises x 3
Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
- Lower body stretches
Workout Structure:
- Perform each exercise for 50 seconds.
- Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
- Complete as many sets as possible within the 35-minute timeframe.
- Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.

    I just wanted to take a minute to thank you. I keep liking your videos but really they have kind of changed my life, today was a good example. I was pretty tired and it's really smoky from forest fires here in the Pacific Northwest of America so my energy levels are low but I did my day 26 work out, I needed it. I wanted it. Thank you.
