Wealthy living in Portugal🇵🇹Praia D'EL REY...

Hello guys in this beautiful day🫡
Today I want to show you my latest discovery in Portugal. It is Praia D'EL REY in Peniche Municipality or Obidos. Who knows 😁🇵🇹
This place is not city or town, I would just call it gated comunity, because inside mostly it is Residential properties, golf course, Marriott hotel, restaurant and Spa. Plus you have access to the beach also.
If you need grocery shops like Lidl, Aldi, Continente or Intermarche you can find them in Peniche. Also in Peniche you have restaurants, cafes , hospital etc. But if you want to see more of Peniche you can check my other episode about it. Today I want to show you this place.
This place is expensive if we compare it with area around. But it's understandable why, houses and whole neighboorhood is on luxury side.
Property prices here. Not so many apartments here, but I found 8 and average price is 2800 eur per square meter. Still I will say it is affordable if we compare to similar quality of property and location in Lisbon, Cascais, Oeiras, Sintra...you get the point.
Houses, mostly what is for sale here are townhouses and villas. Average price for house here is 3200€. Lot of the houses are big, so the price can be close to million and even over.
For long term rent I did not find anything. Place is quite small.
What to do here? Well you have your resort experience and if I understand correctly then if you are living here then you have access, to golf course, spa center, gym etc. You can access Lagoa de Obidos from here also pretty easily and if you want city/town you can go to Peniche 15 minutes and to other side you have Obidos also 15 minutes.
Lisbon is 100 km and 1 hour ride away via toll roads, and toll costs around 8 euros to one direction.
Location-wise this place is excelent if you dont need to be in Lisbon every day.
Also not far is Foz do Arelho and Caldas da Rainha.
