Now here's the most beautiful love story: Me and you? Though we have fallen short of the glory of God by comitting just one sin which we deserve death and hell for, the Good News is that God loved us soo much that He, All-Powerful and All-Knowing Spirit came to earth in a human body as Jesus Christ, the fullness of God bodily, to live a perfect life keeping and fulfilling all laws and commandments, not sinning ONCE, and then sacrificing Himself on a cross for YOU! By shedding His Blood, He paid the penalty for your sin so that you could be washed clean from all sins and develop a personal relationship with God and spend eternity together with Him in Heaven. How awesome is that?! That's God's grace. All you have to do to accept His gift of grace is turn away from your sin and believe that Jesus is God, He shed His precious Blood for you and He is risen from the dead, He's in full control of your life that He rules over you. It's not by works or being a good person, it's only by God's grace through faith in Him. Jesus desires a personal relationship with you. Wow that is so incredible! Please turn to Him, He loves you so much and so do I!!
Mind, body, money and relationships are the 4 human jobs, whether we are conscious of it or not. If we arent building meaning in these areas, we are wasting our human potential. Thanks for shining a light on this important topic, Dan!
Okay I found this randomly in the midst of “I know I need to start listening to other people to grow”, forced myself to watch it and I think I became a different person already just by watching this. Bought a writer course, waiting for some of my projects to end to get into the mastery hq thing. Literally have tears of joy to have found you, thank you for the transparency and realness
The routine is the lifeblood of someone who has a strong purpose and is actively executing that purpose! Your content is definitely top tier for content creators on their journey!
Its been almost a year that I came here. I have learnt so much, grown in aspiration and still paddling to build the skill level, yet always inspired to keep going as I witness Dan Expand. It feels possible for anyone who sinks in that believes in themselves. Thank you for all you do. CONGRATS!
Is there a good video like this on setting boundaries to protect your routine? My life has been taken over, I'm exhausted. My career is gone, my jobs sabotaged, I even managed to get a grant to move to a better place and restart, sabotaged, I'm given no time or money to build the businesses I want, Goal this year is to take it back, I'm burnt out doing everything for everyone. But every boundary I try to set is met with hostility. I typed up a list on things that could be delegated between them and they refused. My dad is on his way out and if I can't get it together, we're all screwed. I'm at a loss here.
For most people a job sucks because it's not their passion and they are just working just to survive in the world. When we love what we do on a daily basis, job doesn't feel like a work with Monday morning blues, instead it really becomes our passion and very exciting to work on. So find out your biggest passion and try to make it as a full time profession.😎😎😎
Holy crap. I was just lying in bed on a saturday morning Trying to come up with the plan for the day and get motivated, dreading working on a task I've been putting off when I came across this channel. You're saying exactly what I needed to hear.. My life has gotten so out of control that I feel overwhelmed most of the time. I am looking forward to applying these concepts and exploring your other videos. Thank you.
Why are you spending time on things you dread doing and coming up with some sort of robotic way to keep yourself in check. What if you found stuff you actually enjoyed doing? Success in something that makes you miserable is an oxymoron.
Love that you illustrate this using entropy- very powerful reminder that we are energy and we alone are responsible for our energy/life force. Also- definitely appreciate the no-frills to the point delivery. I need that- thank you.
This is excellent and I noticed one pillar missing.. building your soul. Praying and developing a personal relationship with God is a smart foundation.
I have listened to a couple of your videos but they seem very specific for people who don't go to an office, who only do online oriented work and who don't have children that require additional time...most people have to work more than 4 hours. I commend you on this level of discipline. Most people aren't this structured.

Well I am trying to change my life. This process started 2 years ago so far I have met the goals I sent to achieve in those first two years. I think this next part is the probably the hardest because it takes believing in myself completely and not letting my shortcomings deter me from taking steps. I’m trying to change my mind set and focus on the good and work on what’s not there yet. The dream is to achieve my ultimate goal within 5 years so two years down, 3 more to go. Good luck everyone with whatever you are working on at the moment. You will achieve it if you keep going.

The enjoyment and pleasure seems substitute words but they impact our life differently. The pleasure has a short duration and it created by intense urge or craving, it may be beneficial for our life. The enjoyment tends to impact our life in a long run. It definitely help in growth of ourselves.

It's funny, I just wrote a comment about not understanding how got this video on my feed, but it's timing is uncanny, I don't believe in coincidences, especially when it fits so perfect, we are so fortunate to have someone looking out for us! 💖
Hey, I really liked that you gave a bit of your personal life into your content, your seriousness in the videos really gives the curiosity to know what it's really like to I've with these principals.
I just want to say I love what you do bro! I love that you care to the point where you even share your daily routine, although it might not sound much but it shows that you care enough to the point where you let people into your personal space..
How remarkably true. The delivery was amazing too. People like myself, whose lives have never been stable or structured, most need to create this structure and routine. You gave the best delivery on this aspect I have ever received. You even keep better poise without sounding indignant.
Thank you 1. Create or be create This mean that if you want to do something or gain a certain habits you won't get it just lying around but you must create it 2. Reversing Local Entropy With Identity Change If you want to do something there is always the pro and con of that. Our brain are focus to achieve a certain goal that we have in mind. 3. The 4 Pillars Of The Good Life (How To Reverse Entropy) 4 habits: One that build your mind One that build your body One that build your business One that build your relationship 4. The Daily Routine That Changed My Life Every aspect of your routine should be intention and the intentional should be stetch to achieve something.
Hello Dan. I just discovered you a few mins ago and this video and the effort that you made to put all the pieces together is incredible. No one should listen to this once. There’s more to learn each time I listened to it. Thanks for helping me make sense of my behaviors and develop a routine for myself. You are so much appreciated.
Thank you Dan. I got inspired by your routine and gotta implement according to my lifestyle. Listening to you feels like listening to a big brother, we have many things in common but I have so much to learn from you. Much love ❤
Me a fulfilled hunter in the Serengeti. What’s a company? Why be fit if I’m fit enough to hunt? Money for what we have each other? What I trying to say you said enjoyment comes from growing but enjoyment happiness is more complex than that. People and experiences make most people happy. Purpose with struggle and for you it’s a company for others it’s environmental protection. I’m happy you have a life you like but this defiantly ain’t the panacea to the problem you wrote at the beginning.
I was expecting a tougher daily routine. It relieves me because I think I’m working harder than that. I think there’s no choice given that I have a full time job.
"A writer doesn’t need motivation to synthesize ideas" man, as a writer myself, with plenty of other writer friends, this is the farest thing from the truth ever, somedays our creativity flows like water, and others we feel so disconnected from our material, that we can't get not one single word wrote in a full day.
@@geoffreyallenperdue I do practice everyday bro, it's just harder some days than others, it's not easy and it requires tons of trial and error. Just pointing out that it's not because you're a writer, that words will fall from the sky for you everytime you sit to write.
Hi! Please make a podcast in Spotify. While watching you, I find your voice perfect for a podcast and I wanna listen to you while doing anything else. 😊
Thank you for the reminder. I'm not sure why but I have been avoiding making a plan. And as a result I've become so overwhelmed that its hard to even know where to start. One step at a time. I love and appreciate your videos so much!
I personally started from the outside-in. Figured out both my morning and night routines and gave me the framework to figure out what to do with my most productive hours. Hope this helps !
RE: decline in health: Tats increase persistent immune response. Immune system exhausts similarly to any other exertion, any other physiological system. Immune response to dermal intrusions are not directly transferable to specific antigens invading other organs. Instead, persistent immune response is correlated to overactive response to variations in internal homeostasis - immune response becomes more chaotically autoimmune. Consider this, as well as understanding that ALL interoceptive response IS cognitive, as it stimulates cognitive attention and response.
Thank you Dan, you’re an amazing inspiration for me even if I’m 18 and have a lot to build. I heard somewhere that you are a median of the first four people you interact with the most daily and you’re one of my four. Thanks for guiding me to a disciplined n happy life!
Going out to dinner with someone whose company you enjoy is actually a very good activity. It produces meaningful periods of time that are fulfilling rather than just "productive." And dinner with friends satisfies a deep human societal/spiritual need for ceremony. There is a good reason that there is a famous painting about a dinner that happened 2000 years ago.
I really like what you said, I did this before kids were born. And it really grew my business a lot. But after kids were born, “schedule “ becomes impossible. Please make another similar video when you have young kids, especially under 3, I am excited to listen to it too.
Such a clear and articulate explanation to the importance of living optimally to reach your best self. Thank you so much for this man. You got my follow and support.
Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. This made me remember that Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life too.
You got it, you've remind me of what someone once said "The mind is the man, the poor is in it and the rich is it too". This sentence is the secret of most successful investors. I once attended similar and ever since then been waxing strong financially, and i most tell you the truth..investment is the key that can secure your family future.
People who give up in life are people who lose in life, my first experience happens to be a failure but I never gave up cause I knew it was going to work out for me trying continuously, fortunately I'm smiling today by getting involved in investment
Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this lately in life. Currently I earn as much as 10 grands weekly and this has improved my financial life.
Wow, congratulations on your impressive investment success! Your discipline and focus on delayed gratification is truly inspiring. I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making investment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of investing? Thanks for sharing your story!
Listening to you all this time is like reading 100 books already, you give us this unique detailed perspective where you make sure we understand everything and it’s working. I’m at my worst now and before I play your video I just know it’s gonna give me what I need to hear, Thank you for the effort and genuine care, and repeating until we get it. The idiots who say “oh he does it for the money” are the same people who would do anything for money (you’re exposing your way of thinking) or jealous. Everybody wants money what’s wrong with that? aren’t we watching this to make money in the first place? At least he put himself in the top line where the money actually needs to be invested! In someone like him, him making money through his passion is exactly a proof to you and all of us that we can do this, it’s just a case study to his own message to us! People need to evolve their brain and grow tf up
Wonderful content, a lot of good information. Thank you. On the other hand your specific example applies to people with no kids, no spouse, no cooking, no housework, no garden work. Sure your principles could be somehow also adapted to the later.
I suppose that I am in the right place to hear your words as I have never written down so many pertinent comments from one person! Thank you for this clip. I am searching for information that can expand my mind and my learning experience as I need to move forward. I am over 60 and stuck in a financial and employment hole. As I am the only person who can get me out of it, I am desperate to run. Obviously, I can't, I have to take one step at a time. That hurts the most. Thank you for being clear and not talking down to us. It turns out that I already have your book, the Art of Focus. I had better get reading it!!
Good inspiration. Looks a little like my routine patterns. Never rigid. My walks are more like meditative and never with electronics, but allways with an analog notebook. Walks are allways in nature, and often different routes. Getting a little “lost” (in nature) I find refreshing and brain-healthy. Once a month i practice (Norse) “utiseta” sitting (and sometimes walking) all night outside in wilderness/forrest.
Go ahead and watch all these motivational videos as many times as you want. if you’re not willing to put in work and take action you’ll never see any change or progress in your life.
Thank you! Finally a great explanation of HOW to overcome. Never before have I heard of how you can change your identity 🤯. This was meaningful to me, thank you. Don't forget about SPIRITUALITY.
“You may say, ‘But I am only human.’ This is the understatement of your life. You are not only human-you are also divine in potential. The fulfillment of all your goals and aspirations in life depends upon stirring up and releasing more of that divine potential.“ - Eric Butterworth
Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Some time ago I started reinventing and reshaping my life. I started doing this before I saw your video for the first time. Many things you're talking about here I did intuitively. Your video gave me an understanding of why I did or did not do some things and what I should do further to progress. Your words about entropy, which gradually swallows us, really impressed me. Thanks again.
Wow 😯 I can’t describe just a single comment , how impressive this is, i was never felt like this before, I think my inner self awakened. Thanks 🙏 ❤ thanks for your magnanimity ❤❤
I think everyone's journey is different. While I think the four pillars that you mentioned are important, what is going to determine how strong these four pillars will stand will depend on your ability to master self-awareness because only through self-awareness you will be able to answer the most fundamental question there ever is : " What does my ideal life look like ? " Once you are clearly and most certainly able to articulate the answer to this question then you have something you can work towards. Once you know the answer , you will then align yourself your thoughts , actions and behaviors to bring the answer of this question to fruition ...
I feel stuck, I was going to be a rockstar, when I was younger, I was set on making it in music, had no other backups, drug addiction came in young, partied my 20s now I’m in my 30s, seeing everyone around me having careers and family’s. I’m 36, work at a tire shop. I’m stuck and aimless and don’t know how to get unstuck. Yeah I still love music and play regularly, my circle has closed, I’m very isolating with not a lot of friends anymore, my values have changed over the yrs. I really want to have a wife, kids, home, picket fence. It’s hard to explain but the things that I want to do, like rockstar as I was saying earlier. I’m super creative and have always wanted to be a performer of some sort, but I don’t have that “look at me, attention over hear, watch me” mentality, especially on my own. I honestly don’t know where I’m going with this, but I typed it all up so I’m hittin send lol.
Like the morning routine. Going to test out running 3 times a week along with a walk first thing in the morning. Have been meditating in the morning. Might do walk then meditate now so I don’t fall back asleep in the morning.
None of these daily routine videos apply to people who have families and/or drive to work. I'm interested to see if someone can create (Though im sure someone already has) a daily routine that incorporates the endless daily tasks and chores in the home + commuting to and from a job + spending quality time with family. Not hating on those with no job or family, and also, not complaining about having a job or family. Just curious as to why these daily routine videos are so common on my feed, despite not being applicable by the majority of viewers.
David Whyte is a poet but has written some great reflections on life and I heard him talk to Sam Harris on a podcast. He was talking about time to reflect and plan and strategise and work and so on… but he also said sometimes it’s just about nose to the grindstone (especially with young kids) and making even the smallest plan to take advantage of times that present themselves, to work on whatever your thing is
We all have the same 24hrs to utilise. Get up earlier, use your commute time to expand your mind, go to gym or go for walk during your work lunch break. You have resources your just not using them. And complaining and having a negative mindset will get you nowhere. Do what you’ve always done, and expect the same results you’ve always got.
How many time have you truly try it, or has try it to find which one work for you, is not doing what other do is see what others do and find how can make the change that work for you. For as long as we justify our luck of commitment, we will never find the way to get what we one. I working and have 2 now grown children's and when I look these videos I looked with the mind set of " Let me see what I can take from here and apply to my life we are not copy paste we are individuals with many different thing
I stumbled upon on the saying learning and apply it in real world. I try not to bring it into my senses because of my fear of failure. I guess I need to take that challenges and start from small. Thanks Dan Koe!
I found the video very helpful as it emphasizes the importance of having a system in everything you do. Whether you do have a family or not, you can always have a system in doing things daily. Dan, thanks for the video. Personally for me it was inspiring.
Thank you, Dan, for the breakdown of your day's routine. You have great communication skills that I enjoy listening to, and that are simple and basic but filled with the secrets to success in life. Keep up the great videos and thank you again for your life coaching skills.

I love the awareness you have. Keep living a great life !

You forgot Passion
Okay I found this randomly in the midst of “I know I need to start listening to other people to grow”, forced myself to watch it and I think I became a different person already just by watching this. Bought a writer course, waiting for some of my projects to end to get into the mastery hq thing. Literally have tears of joy to have found you, thank you for the transparency and realness
how are you now girl??
4 months later, how’s things going? I hope you a crushin goals and shining bright ☀️
You have honesty in your eyes...
Agree, spiritual growth turbocharges our effort.
Absolutely agree as well.
I have listened to a couple of your videos but they seem very specific for people who don't go to an office, who only do online oriented work and who don't have children that require additional time...most people have to work more than 4 hours.
I commend you on this level of discipline. Most people aren't this structured.
Thank you so much Dan for bring clarity into my life, May God/Universe keep you healthy to keep preaching and changing lives.
Dan, thank you for the inspiration! As a I have recently found myself a single mama of 5 with also a beautiful soul living with Downs syndrome .I have been struggling to find a way to financially provide for my children by myslef and feeling discouraged. I am grateful you have shared this wisdom that is helping me to have clarity . May G-D continue to Bless you❤ and all who everyday strive to be better then the day before...
“Routines are controllable.”
Love it. 🔥
Break the inertia, by constantly experimenting with different routines. Never get comfortable with seemingly helpful habits…. Love it ❤

Wow
Thanks bruv
Thanks
Dan.. you are just an amazing person. Thanks to God who directs me to find your channel. Please keep going. Thank you.
I absolutely agree. I want to have a routine that benefits my day to day in a positive and productive way. Let me work on that.
was spiraling down into caos, your vid just gave me enough grip to actually improve my life thx.
The enjoyment and pleasure seems substitute words but they impact our life differently. The pleasure has a short duration and it created by intense urge or craving, it may be beneficial for our life. The enjoyment tends to impact our life in a long run. It definitely help in growth of ourselves.
Not here to get all spiritual or sentimental but bro,
This is like the third time I’ve prayed about something and got my answer from one of your videos.
Preciate you my guy 💪🏾✍🏾
It's funny, I just wrote a comment about not understanding how got this video on my feed, but it's timing is uncanny, I don't believe in coincidences, especially when it fits so perfect, we are so fortunate to have someone looking out for us! 💖
Rather a busy day for one that only incorporates 4hrs of work!
My day mirrors this so much. It’s great to be balanced and disciplined.
Try it, it really works, everyone starts something from scratch
How remarkably true. The delivery was amazing too. People like myself, whose lives have never been stable or structured, most need to create this structure and routine. You gave the best delivery on this aspect I have ever received. You even keep better poise without sounding indignant.
Thank you
1. Create or be create
This mean that if you want to do something or gain a certain habits you won't get it just lying around but you must create it
2. Reversing Local Entropy With Identity Change
If you want to do something there is always the pro and con of that.
Our brain are focus to achieve a certain goal that we have in mind.
3. The 4 Pillars Of The Good Life (How To Reverse Entropy)
4 habits:
One that build your mind
One that build your body
One that build your business
One that build your relationship
4. The Daily Routine That Changed My Life
Every aspect of your routine should be intention and the intentional should be stetch to achieve something.
Hello Dan. I just discovered you a few mins ago and this video and the effort that you made to put all the pieces together is incredible. No one should listen to this once. There’s more to learn each time I listened to it. Thanks for helping me make sense of my behaviors and develop a routine for myself. You are so much appreciated.
This is so obvious yet so overlooked. This food for thought will have me full all day!
Never thought i would have watched the entire video when i saw it was half an hour long , but it kept me captivated, nice ideas in here ! 💪
Omg!!! Who is this guy???? This channel is pure gold!!! Thank you Dan Koe
Dude, my brain just grew listening to you. So glad I found you 👏
RE: decline in health:
Tats increase persistent immune response.
Every video i watched . All of your information is so RICH. Thank you so much . After 6 months my dream is to say thank you so much !!
wanna mention this!
You don't know me but finally, I found someone with the same vision.!
The same here, keep it up!
take care.
Obviously I don't really trade myself, I have a good financial advisor who guide me.
So much value in one video is actually even hard to comprehend. Thanks, Dan
Dan Koe, Anton Daniels, and Cal Newport have been in heavy rotation for me recently and I’m really loving it😎😎
Zen Master Koe! Thank you for the wisdom! Your lessons are outstanding...
The way you share every aspect of your life will be fruitful for us. Straightforward and alarming advice.
This content needs to be digested slowly. play, pause, rewind and have your thinking cap relate your experience with the wisdom being shared
Definitely Resonates.
Deep level wisdom meets daily practice. Top level content as usual.
Thank you Dan
The fountain of youth is knowledge! Great video sir!
No winning without game#i appreciate you man, you have changed my life
Feels amazing.. I see aurora Borealis like light at ending of the meditation🧘♀️. Feels lighter and clear. Thank you🙏
you have no idea how you are helping me bro
Good inspiration. Looks a little like my routine patterns. Never rigid. My walks are more like meditative and never with electronics, but allways with an analog notebook. Walks are allways in nature, and often different routes. Getting a little “lost” (in nature) I find refreshing and brain-healthy. Once a month i practice (Norse) “utiseta” sitting (and sometimes walking) all night outside in wilderness/forrest.
Routine & Discipline are the key for success! 💪🏻🙌🏻
OMGEE. You are SO right😭. “When the student is ready, the teacher is THERE.” Thanks!
Excellent outline and like the humility as we are all wired differently with unique goals and aspirations! Thank you 🎉 Chris
Go ahead and watch all these motivational videos as many times as you want. if you’re not willing to put in work and take action you’ll never see any change or progress in your life.
You have my respect. Period.
I have been getting more disciplined since 2023. I am slow, so I do things one at a time. My new challenge is to go to bed early and be up early
The fulfillment of all your goals and aspirations in life depends upon stirring up and releasing more of that divine potential.“
- Eric Butterworth
Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Some time ago I started reinventing and reshaping my life. I started doing this before I saw your video for the first time. Many things you're talking about here I did intuitively. Your video gave me an understanding of why I did or did not do some things and what I should do further to progress. Your words about entropy, which gradually swallows us, really impressed me. Thanks again.
Just found you. Glad I did. Excellent and valuable podcast! Thank you for bringing this value to the world!
I'm brazillian and i need to say: AN INCREDIBLE VIDEO!
Thank you so much for this! The way you humbly explained your content in a relatable way is beautiful!! You're my fav youtuber now : )
Thank you, got out of the routine but it is so needed to give focus and use the day optimally, thank you.
I like his training ideology, it's not all about being buff. Its about feeling good mentally and physically.
This video was so good. Simple, yet very effective and so inspiring.
Totally agree
Check out the Miracle Morning. The routine is much more adaptable to people with outside responsibilities.
Listen to the video again! You are in control, adapt a routine to fit your own life.
This is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you
Thank you for the inspiration Dan..❤
Thank you for your video. Could you talk about building life changing routines when you have a 9-5 job?
Thank you sir for making good viedo without background noise. I love it and i am clear about what i am doing and what are my priorities on my life.❤
Thank you, Dan, for the breakdown of your day's routine. You have great communication skills that I enjoy listening to, and that are simple and basic but filled with the secrets to success in life. Keep up the great videos and thank you again for your life coaching skills.
