If you’re new to my channel, my name is Ben Heath. I’m the founder and owner of heathmedia.co.uk a marketing agency that offers done-for-you services, coaching and educational resources, all with the objective of delivering exceptional marketing results for our clients and customers.

How I got here…
17 yrs old: Started my first business selling wristbands with two school friends. I made $0.
18 yrs old: Started my first ecommerce business selling second hand video games. I made $0.
19 yrs old: Joined a network marketing company (would not recommend it). Was told I’d be rich if I signed up 8 people. I signed up 26 people in 3 months. I made $0.
21 yrs old: Dropped out of Bath University to start an app development company. I made less than $5,000 in 2 years!
23 yrs old: Started Heath Media, my marketing agency. I made $0 for the first 3 years.
26 yrs old: Went all in on building a personal brand within the marketing space. I passed $100k/year.
28 yrs old: My personal brand allowed me to attract the best talent in the world. Heath Media became an industry leading Meta ads agency, with an exceptional team and an excellent reputation. We crossed $1m/year.
31 yrs old: Today I teach over 800,000 business owners, marketers and entrepreneurs how to get insane results with digital marketing. Heath Media is a 50+ team of world class talent, working directly with over 400 clients every year. We’ve now crossed the $5m/year mark.

Hello ben i write you to ask if you find my same BUG. If you choose only male or female public, ads go on both male and female. It is a bug from about half of novembrer. Do you have notice this problem if you have client that spend only on female or man? I ask facebook ticket but they don't fix.

Hey Ben, one thing that I don’t understand is when you should be boosting the post and when you shouldn’t. Also how can you look credible when making a new account with not many followers and not many posts
I'd recommend checking out my videos on how to generate IG followers and Facebook Page followers. I'd recommend you do both for a bit first to establish credibility before you fully start advertising.

What if it's an e-commerce store, shouldn't I select a sales campaign?
Yes that's usually what I would recommend. If you offer high end ecom then I would also test the approach demonstrated in this video.

Click bait would be a flashy headline and then not giving any information in the videos. Instagram and Facebook algorithms are always changing, so of course advertising will change with that. Kind of sad that you’re complaining about free content and free knowledge.

Please advise. I'll be launching a new brand on the 1st of December and to promote and get those early quick sales and for proof of concept. I'll be running a Huge Huge sale
"Buy 1 get 4," a unit will retail for $30, meaning for $30 they'll get 5 items, we manufacture the product inhouse and therefore can afford to offer such a sale and still be slightly profitable/ break-even.
My concern is,....a part of me thinks people will probably assume it's a scam and not a real business as such an offer seems to good to be true.
Should I go ahead with the offer or change to something usual like
(a) Buy one get one
(b) buy one get two
(c) buy one get four
Your guidance would be highly appreciated.

Create an image of your sale schedule and start promoting your specials before the sale starts.

Not everyone has this feature yet I'm afraid. It's still in roll out. Hopefully you'll get it soon.
Hi Ben! do you know what has happened with Meta Audiences that now are much smaller??? In a 10 millon audience before, now we have maybe 1/2 million? Could you share with us? Thanks!
Yeah Meta has changed how they measure audiences from all users within that category to people that have interacted with an ad in the last 30 days. It's an interesting change. I'll be making a video about it soon.

Are u saying we should use traffic objective then select instagram profile as opposed to boosting a instagram post and optmising for profile visits?
Wont the quality of visitor be low if using traffic objective?
Those two objectives achieve the same thing and will be optimized for the same people.
The difference is that you have more functionality in ads manager.

Hi Ben, I hope you've seen my comment. My campaign was running smoothly and performing well until I received a recommendation for an 18% lower CPR. I activated this recommendation, but since then, I haven't seen any results in my campaign. I even ran a new one, but I'm facing the same issue. Any suggestions, please? 🙏
Ah that's not ideal. Can you undo what was done? Do you know what the change was?
@@BenHeath I didn’t find any way to undo this change , the recommendation was in account overview , also I contacted Facebook support to undo this change and restore my ad account performance but they didn’t give any solution , now I’m getting bad results X3 CPR than usual do you recommend any solution please
Do you recommend setting your IG profile up like this while doing the ads in your video, "The NEW WAY To Get Instagram Followers with Ads"? If not, what ad would you suggest running?
Are reels the new lowest hanging fruit for facebook and instagram ads that people are not going after?
People are going after them but there is so much reel consumption that I do believe it is still underserved.
what is your go to for roofers and contractors... standard facebook Feed? with lead or msging ads?@@BenHeath
Also there always has to be a need for what we are offering in the market right. Like roofing and contractors want leads....but if its cold or off seaosn this will effect this process always right. No matter what? When this happens do you switch to google ads for more search based ?@@BenHeath
In the words of frank kern "testimonials are a terrible idea" usually those who dont know how to sell use this method.
That might sound good but split test a sales page with and without testimonials. The one with testimonials will usually perform notably better.
@@BenHeath already have done this and testimonial didnt win! People have different ways to belive something is true for them, such as using demonstration as an example, if you know how to use copy correctly, belive me testimonials are not as great people make out, usually amateur marketers say this because they dont study and practice copywriting enough!
