I fell in love with Bourride the first time I ate it when I was on holiday in Sète several decades ago. It was such a trip of revelations when I also discovered Brandade de Morue, Soupe de Poisson and the wonderful cousin of mayonnaise, Rouille. Carrots and/or leeks are sometimes included. The toasted bread underneath everything is magic, I am sure. What a lovely dish! You sure rock the Spanish cooking. Keep it up! I'm sure Don Quixote and Sancho Panza would have given anything for a plateload of this goodness! Maybe even Rocinante would have appreciated a mouthful or two!

I said, you use those plenty and was going for a different flavor profile. When she started to discuss it, I said she needs to subscribe and communicate with you herself.

My father recently passed away from covid and he used to take my family to this restaurant in New Jersey called Spanish Pavilion and they made the absolute best Caldo Gallego and I was hoping in the near future you could create that recipe video so I can make it at home even though my da wont be here to try it it'll be in his memory.
