    Made this tonight the one thing i added was some oyster sauce and a touch more garlic powder. It turned our very good. Im not going out for fried rice ever again. Thx for sharing.

    Hello Shinee D. I just made this and it was delicious. I didn't add the fish sauce but it was still good. I used 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water and I cooked it in the instant pot for 5 minutes. I was nervous about the 5 minutes but it came out great! Thank you for sharing!!!

    Thanks for your wonderful Video, I am half Chinese, and we usually use a Wok pan to make our F.R., but your method in a pressure cooker is most interesting 🤔 and if you don't have Fish sauce, you can use Worcestershire Sauce instead, its the same thing..😊 Happy Cooking my Sister...😎❤🇺🇲🍺🙏

      Thank you, Danica, for sharing your tips!! Yes, I usually use a wok for fried rice too, when I have leftover rice. But this pressure cooker fried rice is great when you need a quick meal and don't have any cooked rice. Hope you'll give it a try. And please let me know if you do.

    Made this recipe today with some left over sweet and spicy chicken breast from your recipe. Actually I made this recipe with shrimp and heated the sweet and spicy chicken from yesterday and they were all delicious. I have a question....I love hoisin sauce in my fried rice, how much should I add without making rice salty?

    How would this work on an 8qt IP. Would I need to make any adjustments to cooking time or measurements?

      I don’t believe you need to adjust the cooking time. Typically, 8qt reuires at least 1 cup of liquid, so you may increase the water amount a little.

    Thanks for the recipe and video! My question: would it be possible to add the eggs and vegetables into the instant pot to the finished rice and add oil to cook it directly in the pot so I can save the step with the pan? Love from Germany! ❤️

      Hi, Sonja. Yes, you can. I've tried mixing raw eggs with uncooked rice, and sauté it before cooking. It works fine.

      @@ShineeD You know I rarely follow a recipe to the letter but yours I did with the exception of adding chopped celery. I also used fresh chopped carrots with the frozen peas. Otherwise I used your recipes and ingredients. It was absolutely delicious and the addition of the fish sauce made a real improvement. Thanks for a great and time saving recipe.

    That's a waste of time. I always saute in my pot first, eggs, seasoning, veg. Then add rice and liquid and cook
