Yummy. I tooknslice of gouda cheese and put it in between toast and made toasted cheese with it. Butter the toast a little. Yum. Put some bacon bits on it sometimes.
Some fabulous ideas here! I'll be making a variation of that quinoa casserole for lunch today I think. I've been trying to focus on eating what is on hand and minimizing purchases. This is very inspirational for that. BTW, loved the various plates for the kids. I have those same small blue plastic plates for my snacks and lunches. Gave me a chuckle to see them.
For a vegan Worcester sauce, the most affordable one I found is the store brand from Ralph’s/Kroger. Sprouts also has a couple of options. You can definitely find it at Whole Foods, but that’s the most expensive. The specialty brands that are more expensive are Anne’s and Wizards (I think lol) But if you’re not avoiding fish, stick with regular, it’ll be much cheaper.
