Throw a little soy sauce in that sriracha mayo for an umami kick that brings it to the next level. Saw some sushi chef do it and it's awesome.

Hey Brian, I remember listening to a podcast a while back where you mentioned that your practical/meal prep content wasn't as popular as your restaurant style recipes. I just wanted to chime in here and say I personally get a lot of value out of your meal prep videos, please keep making them. As someone who works full time with a family, I am constantly looking for flavorful, healthy, yet convenient meal ideas that save me time in the kitchen. Keep up the great content!!

6:13 “your oniony ground beef is looking… utilitarian” Hahaha. I appreciate that you’re honest with the viewer and not acting like everything is the best thing you’ve ever seen and tasted. You took the time to explain that this is weekday cooking, you’re looking to save time and make food that tastes good but isn’t going to change the world.

Hey bro off topic a little but I tried your ''delivery style'' pizza 4 weeks ago. On my first bite of my first pizza, I stepped back, and laughed for 1 min straight. It was LITERALLY identical to my childhood pizza. I been making 2 pizzas per week eversince.

Dude I've been struggling to cook for myself while in dental school and your videos have been a lifesaver. I'm so thankful there are foodtubers who understand that some of us are extremely limited on time but want to eat delicious meals! I hope you continue to add more videos like this in the future! By far these have been the most helpful in my weekly cooking routine

I did this and made our meals for the week. I am an experienced cook, but this took me over an hour, probably 75 minutes. If I did this more often, it would take me less time. With that said, we were blown away by these meals and will 100% make them all again and then do some variations with other proteins/grains/vegetables. Thank you so much for putting this together! My husband now understands why I watch so much foodtube and has asked to watch other videos of yours for future meals. We made your shrimp tacos last night, another win!

You used normal sodium chicken stock. Salt was added to the ground beef, then it was salted again when the onions were added. Then added salt to the peppers and onions. Then added high sodium condiments, and high sodium cheese. Is the goal a salty flavor?
Also, check about di oli vas if you haven't heard of it yet for inspiration for salad dressing.

Bri, you are amazing! I used to prep/cook like this when the kids were home and I was working. I was good in the kitchen but you would have made me great. And now that I’m retired with kids in and out of college, I’m truly enjoying so many of your others recipes. Yesterday I made your lobster bisque, had it for dinner (daughter was home and requested it - saying it was one of the best things I’ve ever made. I totally gave you credit!) then today took some to my parents and the rest to friends. Everyone was super pleased with their dinners tonight. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hey Bri! Home made tv dinners! I'm an over-the-road long haul truck driver trying to eat good but not spend lots of money on over priced truck stop food or pre-made frozen meals filled with tons of preservatives. Home cooked meals that are easy to make, freeze very well and taste just as great reheated. Would love to see your take on this.

Loved all the different shots of the dutch oven in this video. The Le Creuset looks magnificent. Is yours the Lapis color? I need to snag one of those

Please make a playlist with these meals- and if you could add in the title the protein used. I’ve been using these videos almost all month long switching from ground beef and chicken one week to salmon and chicken the next. My parents eat a lot of chicken, so I’m always looking for ideas of things to make them. Thank you!

I love the videos like this, where you meal prep for a bunch of dishes in a short amount of time -- I hope you consider making more! Even if you don't, thanks for the ones you've given us.

Cooked grains and pasta can last up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Cooked vegetables can last up to 4 days. Cooked meat and fish can last up to 3 days.

This was my only thought - this is similar to how I meal prep BUT as per the Aussie equivalent of the FDA, I don't use cooked rice for more than three days (it can v. v. happily grow nasties) and in general don't eat any meats after their day 3. This is fine cos I prep enough AND use some vego recipes like Bri does. But I think it would be helpful to mention basic food safety - almost no meal-prep person on youtube does.
