The ship is advertised as a ship that has scale model features which are the radar spinning, where are they?
Yes, I prefer the more pronounced detail of larger scale ships.
How to add lights to the ship? How to add servos to get the gun mounts to move, too?
Any tips or advice for transportation? cuz i measured it and no extra space in my car for it and im afraid it will break
Does the boat come balanced or do you have to balance it urself?
You have to add ballast yourself. Since many will use different batteries etc, it's better to do it yourself. I make 1lb sandwich bags of BB's and place them around to acheive proper ballast after I secure my battery location.

That is 100% on how you ballast the ship. If you ballast it properly, she will never turn over.
