I worked with Mark 20 years ago. He was my worst experience with a potential client ever! Their business practices are horrid.
How did they "scam" their father? They just got rid of him and were pretty straightforward. They certainly betrayed the father, however.
LS stepped down on the condition that Sam stay as CEO; a promise Joe and Mark had no intention on keeping.

There was a Ford dealer in Mesa Az that was the number one Ford truck dealer for many years because all the U-Haul trucks were Fords and bought through that dealers fleet Department.

Every unit plated in Arizona so no yearly inspections need to be done. Rented a car dolly last year tires bald told the desk clerk he looked at me as in who cares loll. They have no maintenance on their rentals and if they do its very minimal at best.

I went to high school with three of the Shoen’s they were all really cool and friendly people. They had a fantastic place in Paradise Valley Arizona.
Laverdiere super drug stores were ran into the ground by 2 brothers...upon a hopeless state they left it to their 3rd brother....who quickly filed bankruptcy due to the debt being 3 times that of their assets.
