I made this recipe, however it was my 1st time making whipped cream. Well the whipped cream deflated, but I stilled used it in the pie and it was out of this world. I then watched a UA-cam on how to make whipped cream, the video showed all the stages, from liquid to butter. It took 4:15 exactly to get the heavy whipping cream to firm peaks. So now I know for my 2nd. run at making this recipe. Try it! You will lovvvveeee it.
