At least 6 months after your first BBL you would be a candidate for a second round but you should really wait until you have healed to decide if you need another one or not.

I only operate on women. Men have a lot of internal fat and the external fat is very fibrotic fat which makes it very difficult to perform liposuction and male skin is thicker so I have never been as happy with my results in men.
That's what we call a TT10. It's 360 lipo and a TT at the same time and your butt will look better because of the lipo, but nothing directly is done to you butt. So no fat will be transferred to your butt or hips or legs.

I only see a semblance of what I like while I’m laying down with a picture from my leg up. If I feel this way now as I heal and swelling goes down will this change or if I am seeing boxy now will my body continue be boxy?
You might be able to get a TT after lipo but maybe not. It depends on the amount of skin you have and how much scar tissue you have. I usually suggest getting a TT before having lipo or a BBL.
I got mine done , one side of my buttocks is smaller than the other. I wish I had known you😭it been 6month and I can do a 2nd round. I need my arms done and my thighs and hips. I really need you so bad.
As long as you have some residual fat then that’s usually not a problem. For people that are happy with their shape we just clean up the lipo a little but and give more volume to the buttocks.
