I gotta admit....that snapping pop caught me off guard and made me scream! Lol 😂 Joints do that every now and then. As long as it doesn't hurt. Extra points if the pop feels outright good! 😅
Real!! As a ballet dancerctraininh my butt was a game changer for my turnout! I always avoided training my legs bc i didnt want to make them bigger, it actually did the opposite, and improved my technique. This video is so true
Thanks for the insight on this. My main stiffness comes from my Hamstrings. I do the "hands-to-floor & 'half-way' stretch (often as part of the Vinyasa). But I just can't get the Hamstrings to loosen up. Any suggestions? Best Regards
No stupid. It's actually very satisfying feeling and if you know anything about knee pops then you would know it's just the fluid bubbles between the joints that pop not the actual Bones 😂
@@ungodlyhouryt hey thanks for the compliment! 👊☺ I'm loving the ballet lessons for sure, and getting stronger every day thanks to the movements required. (My butt is slowly getting higher! 😁) But also, I really mean it when I say thanks. You've no way of knowing this but I was feeling rather low about some other stuff in my life today, and reading your comment here now helps me to feel encouraged & more hopeful. Thanks for this 🌞 & many blessings to you. ❤
So what if it's not really My hips but my glutes? I feel like no matter what I do and despite almost being able to do full splits, my glutes are super tight and sometimes they even cramp
These can go away with movement (think: motion is lotion). Sometimes the clicking doesn't go away and if it's doesn't hurt you should be okay! I would definitely ask your doctor next time to be sure, but it's always a sign of an an underlying medical condition or old injury. I wish I had a better answer for you but it's different for everyone - just pay attention to if there's pain. :)
Nope! It is absolutely normal for knees to give a cracking sound when you are active. If there's pain, that's not good. Cracking is common and it happens when carbon dioxide builds up in the joint's fluid and is released as a gas bubble that bursts when the joint adjusts rapidly. :)
The body most real masculine men dream of! Hope she knows she is one in a million, body wise that is. Would be a shame if her personality did not match all that. With most of today's much damaged girls, one can never know!
Skandasana rounds! That sounds great and I am sure I am going to crack my joins for sure 😄
Sometimes the cracking isn't bad!
🤣

How do I get to the point where I don’t have to be up on my heel in this pose on the leg that is supposed to be grounded.

Yep! I danced too and strong glute/back chain is incredible for full body strength. You go Queen!

Why do you move so easily and elegantly 😊
Please can you do a viseo breakkng down skandasena rounds?

Hi Kate
My glute very tight and I struggle to loosen up.
Any suggestion .
I was considering an ISSA program, where did you train?
Thank you.
Ima try dis!
Great ❤
good advice
If I'm unable to sit at a right angle, but only in obtuse angle, what kind of workout should I do?
Standing forward fold and go as far as your body allows for you to have your back straight and hold , you should feel quite a stretch
Are those skandasanas safe for the joints of an average person like me? It doesn't hurt but it cracks my joints ✨a lot✨ 😅
Happy Sunday 😁👋
Thanks Kate ❤
My pleasure!
Very good thanks
This woman is absolutely beautiful 😍😊
My hips and back are really killing me. Would love some help!!
Hey that's awesome😊
Great!
Beautiful and Awesome 👍👍👍
Bueno
The cracking is a good sound effect 😂😂
Could we get some other stretch besides the Skandasana rounds as that's not accessible to all bodies.
Not are you prize for the eyes, but you're also very competent. 😊
Very nice ❤
Bellissima ❤
I’m in gymnastics we do all of that for stretching 😂
Maybe yoga - maybe gymnastics 😅
Oe La la! Girl! Blue is your colour 💙👌

my hips feel tight when laying down and lifting my legs up (L Shape). how do we fix this?
💙💙💙👏👏👏

Foot on a step, lift toes, then lift knee up & that engages glute?
Hey...you're tall. I do need to stretch and strengthen hips. Glad I happened across this short. Yes...I subscribed.
I have a bunch of hip classes for all levels :) I hope you have a great weekend!
