Dear Ahmed Adil You know that every engineer is not working with EPC contractor. There are engineers who are working with engineering consultants where there work is differnt than that of on construction site. So always please when you give a lecture on a particular topic, tell both the scenarios of EPC and Consultant for that work under discussion. For example, how consultant calculates its cost for either design works only or construction supervision or the both. Plz include consultant too in your lectures because the scenarios is different there for each work. Thanks

I was trying to find videos for cost estimates of houses only and suddenly came across to your channel. Very informative and love the dedication you put through sharing your knowledge.
Just came across your channel; appreciate the work you doing. It's very difficult coming across QS channels, been looking for months now. I might add also that there's also the risk of not having those guys on hired available on the day you require them, maybe because they are occupied by another job. So the benefit of having your own labour directly employed with the company is knowing they readily available & so long they are kept productive, you not losing money.

Hello and thank you for the question. Well it depends on how you calculate the productivity ! For example how many kgs they can install per day ?? Or is it easier to say how many pieces they can fix per day ??? So the conclusion both ways can work if you know the productivity per either options 😉. Hope I answered the question

If you are using a POMI BOQ for pricing, there will be a full subsection in the general requirements for site administration 😊. You can calculate all the supervision charges and allow for them there. If you don’t have an item for that, then calculate all the supervision charges separately and distribute this amount all over the project 👍
Yeah 👍 that too to be added. However this is the concept only, what is to be added is subject to where you live and what is agreed in labor contracts or as per labor law 🙂
