I am a camille main and i can say that i use everything u do alois. I m almost emerald and i started using ur tactics like 3 weeks ago when i was silver(crazy right? The thing is I knew all the mechanics on camille and tricks, but i didn t know macro). Thx a lot bro. I ve learnt so much from u.
I got the same thing with Garen, Silver -> high plat in under a month. Even tho garens mechanics are so easy I still struggled a bit with climbing but that might even be more of a reason why macro is important.
@@rubenvandevelde555 Garen still needs good mechanics in a lot of matchups, but it's good micro, not really spell useage outside of just knowing the best ways to fight matchups
Thats because elo inflation i woud guess if you compare last season with this one, every hardstuck gold is now emerald 4@@rubenvandevelde555 , anyway his tips are fkin best on youtube, i started playing toplane instead of mid thanks to Alois and it just works!
The effort and detailed explanations are greatly appreciated, but I will be honest. Regarding micro, macro in general and limit knowledge with Riven I have improved a lot in a few months with your guides, I went from being stuck in Platinum to my peak elo in GM 500lp, and I am sure that I can reach Challenger before split 2 it finished. But I feel that all the games (or most of them) are 1v9 by having these concepts well polished, and I get more stressed in each game, because the amount of mistakes that my teammates and rivals made is quite overwhelming and I feel that despite having improved immensely, the state of the game in soloQ is deplorable and there are quite a few games that are decided by coinflip. It's not like I'm saying I went from being an average player to one of the best, but the amount of people who play this at "high elo" without taking the fundamentals into account is terrifyingly immense.
I have learned so much, and i dont even play top lane. Tristana mid player. I think the biggest thing besides wave management (which really is everything) is trading around the jungler. In mid, it plays a little differently, but knowledge of the enemy jungler tells you which side of the lane to lean to. Whenever you know they are going to an outer camp, for example i ward enemy raptors lvl 2, and see him path towards red completing a 5 or 6 camp clear, I know i have a timing I know i wont get ganked and can use all my cooldowns. So far, in plat elo, i can tell my opponents are not using this information when deciding what to do.
Hey! I love your content! I was wondering if you could try mid lane some more utilizing fundamentals. (I know you have a couple videos showcasing it) I’ve been getting better at level up timers but I was hoping to see how you use tempo and wave management to gain early advantages
Can you please make a shen video too? I'm very into shen rn cuz his all map domination but I can't really win my lane, I just make other lanes win too hard while I'm kinda okey and that makes me win the game. Winning my lane also would help too much but I don't really know how can I.
When people complain about fundamentals being harder on Camille, they aint saying they dont work on her. Its just that you cant cover up mistakes that easily by just deleting the wave and therefore resetting its stage whenever you want. Fundamentals are harder to apply and at the same time even more important to do correctly when you have no waveclear
you respect them - its fine to loose farm as long as you get EXP and outscale them. VS range toplaners. Champions like darius, sett, renekton are weak mid and late game if they dont get any big lead early game. Vs ranged you also outscale most of them with camille, except maybe vayne which you cant really kill 1vs1
you try to get priority lvl 1, but you wont if enemy is good. If you do, you play just like here. If you dont, you let them push, dont farm until wave crushes, and then build up big wave via slowpush and recall. Camille wont be able to freeze a big wave because she cant thin it quickly enough. Camille will also start roaming mid / enemy jungle to gank if she sees that you are not killable and her top is pushed. You should never follow in this situation, just farm and push so she looses exp. Its more problematic when you are playing vs Darius, Volibear, Morde. They will always push, never leave lane, you cant fight with them even with Level advantage so priority is useless. Only way to play then is loose farm, try freeze in the safe spot, and wait for your jungler. And VS Darius, even with jungler 2v1, one misplay is basically gg and toplane is over. So its better for jungler not to come if you are not confident you will kill him and you won't die. You can see that on lower elos, I sometimes ping my jungler to not gank 10 times and he still ganks, which forces me to go in and darius gets double kill. Especially when jungler is weak early game like lilia, darius can combo her in one second.
It helps in many aspects, for example in recall timers so you will not lose experience or gold, to avoid being ganked by the enemy jungler by always being in a very comfortable position, and at the same time forcing the rival laner to expose himself to ganks if he does not want to lose experience.

Fundamentals do not apply early game vs them, if they know what they are doing. In Emerald elo, they wont let you come close to farm and perma push. You go farm under turret for 20 minutes, thats all. Then you can think about them once you outscale. In lower elo they might play incorrectly, and then fundamentals apply. Actually perma pushing is mistake from their side because they could freeze, but they are doing it anyway. Rene is not good at freezing because he needs fury to trade

Okay but how do we play camille into say a riven, or a renekton, a counter matchup. Because camille into nasus is an easy matchup.

Lethal Tempo and Fleet Footwork are the 2 primary runes for Nasus. Fleet Footwork against heavy poke and Lethal Tempo for more dps and extra Q range.
