That's a great looking buggy, Mikael! Speed is OK and perfect for off road where this one belongs. Great to see the kids getting involved! All the best to you and your family, my mate! 😎👌👍

Thanks, Mark! Yeah, love the Rising Storm. Especially with this after market wing. And yes, this one felt really good, even on the grass. Maybe it could need a few kph more though. But motor’s good. Ahh, yes, the cars are a magnet to the two youngsters 😅

I'm doing a speed challenge at the moment somewhere on the Tube. Is it me or is it hard to get good speed out of some Tamiya's. Funny how the speed looks fine when off road. Wow the kids are shooting up fast 🙂

It’s interesting to see all the speed challenges. Must watch yours too! Ahh, yeah, some of them are hard to gear up. I see people cut up the gear covers or make their own motor mounts to fit in larger pinions and spur gears. But yeah, the internal gearing sometimes limits it all. Uhh, yeah, kids are growing. No babies anymore ☺️

Hiya Mikael. I was just thinking that I hadn't seen a video of yours pop up for some while so I had a look and I see there are a couple from a month ago that I didn't see including this! Anyway a nice buggy you have made there and good to see your family getting involved in the action. I'm assuming that you are a busy boy with less time for all the UA-cam malarkey these days. I haven't got kids and I still struggle to find the time somehow. Anyway I hope all is well with you and yours mate. Best wishes 😁👍👍

Hi Mikael, that DF-02 Rising storm looks great and even doing some leap frog with the youngsters too😂😂😂. Wondering what the DF-03 is like in comparison to the DF-02? 🤔🤓🤔best wishes to you and the family 😊

Hi John! Yeah, my two youngest love the cars ☺️ Uhh, well, on my lawn, the 02 and 03 feels almost the same. Both are low riding buggies so they actually feel awful on the grass 😅 But yeah, the DF-03 is much more capable and durable (except for the rear diff) on proper locations. The DF-02 performs like a TT-02B, where as the 03 is more like a semi-race-buggy. Best wishes to you and yours too.

Greta with the Blackfoot! Only got a Blackfoot III and a Monster Beetle. But the old Blackfoot sure is an icon. Hope you are having fun with the project.

Hello, nice car, some time ago I put hobbywing brushless 5.5T & 60A esc combo in it but is hard to control. After I replace the motor with a 13t and is really enjoyable. Greetings from Italy.....
Ps with the leftover pieces after buy aluminum upgrade I assembled a Semiscaler 😁

Thanks for sharing! Yeah, 5.5.T sounds a bit too fast for these ... but sounds fun too :-) My best DF-02 electronical set up is actually a 19T brushed coupled with the high speed spur gear.

Not to shabby, for a buggy put together from leftover parts! It looks really great and seems to drive just right! Lovely to see another video from you, Mikael, you manage to find a bit of time for the hobby here and there... Lots of children in the garden, no wonder there is little time for RC toys, ha ha!
