The video title is wrong - this is not "Brazilian traditional BBQ" - it's an American restaurant chain named 'Texas de Brazil' that combines BBQ styles of Brazil and Texas. Not that it isn't tasty, just not an example of traditional Brazilian BBQ (and not traditional Texas style either).
It looks really Brazilian to me.

Boy I would love to go to this place, absolutely beautiful cuts of meat! I could sit and watch 'Yummyboy' video's for hours. I just wish you would list the ingredients as they are brought together. Some are obvious, some not so much. I love to cook, and the ingredient lists would sure help me! Regardless - thanks 'Yummyboy' for posting these outstanding videos! P.S. - I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that uses good 'ol Wishbone Italian Dressing for a marinade.

Here in the US, we call this "meat faucet". They place a token next to your plate, and so long as the token is face up or green, they will keep bringing you more meat. To signal when you'd like to stop, you flip the token, or "turn off the faucet".

Not removing the silver skin on the babyback ribs is criminal

I was thinking the same thing. Why werent they removing the membrane. Also, properly cooked ribs take hours to get to about 203/90 degrees and doing them on a grill is not advised. Are they cooking them to the base temp of something like 165/66 for restaurant service. They would be chewy. there was a lot of weirdness in this video. Like that butchering of the Picanha. And im not talking about the actual "Butchering" they did.
@@lasaldude what they were doing to the picanha is making it skewer ready but they were wasting half of each piece. Also, marinating ribs with bottled salad dressing is the last thing I want to see. Texas de Brazil has really mediocre Brazilian BBQ but that pretty bad. It was like semi-homemade everything l… dried spices… bottled garlic… just not very appetizing.
@VirmanaMarketing lol the Brazilian BBQ places here in Utah cut the picanha in smaller stripes then what they did in the video. Where they hacked it to make a center cut. I seen that marinade part too. Why go to ask the trouble of making it just to add store bottle dressing? Why not make your own Italian dressing in the restaurant. Cheaper and better than store bought. Also I doubt that marinade did anything for the ribs.

who knew that Brazilian steak house seasoning was basically cilantro, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, and Italian salad dressing. I will say, I've been to this chain a few times in the US and never seen those side sauces. I'll keep an eye out in the future

Aqui no Brasil não costumamos usar molho nas carnes, apenas sal grosso, alho e pimenta preta.
Por questões regionais acredito que preferem colocar algum tipo de molho, por ser uma churrascaria na Coreia do Sul.

3. 고기 나온다고 와르르르르르 받아서 와구와구 먹지말고 본인 먹는속도 맞줘서 받을것... 맛있다고 빨리먹으면 30분이면 배불러 먹지못함
4. 김치볶음밥에 페이조아다 올려먹는거 찐 존맛탱
5. 파인애플 가져와서 4_6등분으로 잘라서 김치처럼 같이먹으면 소화 와방잘됨

센트럴에 있는곳 가봤는데, 또 가진 않을듯, 샐러드바쪽에 과일류가 없어서 고기만 먹다 느끼해서 물려죽음, 워낙 기름진애들만 있어서 야채로 감당이 안되고, 있다는 파인애플조차 구운 파인애플임...일부러 리프레시 못하게 그런건지 죄다 짠음식밖에 없드라, 가격은 그렇다쳐도 둘이서 그 가격이면 글램핑장에서 고기 구워먹는게 더 좋겠다고 생각이 들었음

Bro that marinade!!! Did they really fucking use Wishbone Italian dressing?! 😂 At least use a higher end dressing like Ken’s Steakhouse. I’m sure it tastes fantastic but that threw me off seeing that cheap ass dressing my grandma used to use.
It's just oil and vinegar and spices - they don't need to spend 10x more for a high-end brand - they add their own layers on top of that.

I'm from south Brazil, birth place of CHURRASCO. You are doing it wrong! 😮 #1 The fat ALWAYS stays in the meat, ALWAYS. It give taste to it. Ppl that don't like fat, take away in the time we eat it! #2 The ingredients are ONLY COARSE SALT and ONION. And goes to the fire on the stick. It breaks my heart to watch this video 😢❤. Don't call it "churrasco brasileiro".
