Dumbbell pullovers are so insane for transforming the overall physique. They are the Real upper body squad. Opens the ribcage(fixes posture), builds the lats, trains shoulder mobility, cracks out the back and trains triceps. I do them and foam rolling before every training session to warm up the whole body and daaamn the training session feel so amazing when all muscles have a base tension and you can really use the whole body for compound lifts... Especially for benching where I always had a problem getting a good feel on the back while laying on the bench.
I got excruciating back pack for months now, I'm gonna try all of this but I don't think I'll be able to do many of them without pain. Thanks for doing this both of you.
