I just tried your recipe today and I was transported back to my grandmother’s kitchen. So with gratitude and happy tears, I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Now that’s what I’m talking about 👍, that’s the way I remember my mother cooking, and I’m 63. I’ve searched high and low and every recipes had a tomato 🍅 based that I don’t like!!
Yummy, I'm wanting gizzards now thank you LOL I haven't done them this way but you've got my mouth watering man. 👍 I have always cooked them with green onions and rice altogether. You have probably done that too but if you haven't you should try it I'm sure you will love it. When I'm able to go to the store I'm definitely going to get me some gizzards if they have any. I've been trying to find chicken livers and haven't been able to find them at Walmart for months now. Hopefully they will soon cause some fried chicken livers would be good to go with this too. I had a neighbor that love to smother her fried chicken livers in gravy too. I haven't tried it yet cause we love them crispy. Thank you for your videos. I know how to cook good but I enjoy watching cooking videos anyway. I never know when I might see something to inspire me and it looks like you are an inspiration. God bless you 😎💜👍
You make yours with a rue... i dont make mine with a kick mexican style. i usually add. Garlic, onion celery seeds, salt, pepper and Bouillon cubes chicken. YOu can even get colorful with this dish and add diced tomato or mexican rotel to it and give it a kick.

I like gizzards this way but I prefer cooking them slowly in my crock pot...
Not a fan of gizzards but my aunt & sister would love it! Keep it up my dude!👍🏾😁
Here's a tip: soak them in baking soda for 30 minutes.. I used a table spoon full stir it up place a lid on them.. they will be fork tender 😊
Ok, thanks, I will have to try.
I will be making this?💯
yes I agreeo this channel
That looks good 👍
Si senor! Yuuuuuummmmy!
"Dont over season at this point" Proceeds to dump 14 lbs of seasoning in ... Hahahaha ... Im trying this recipe tonight !!!
Oh I thought he said dont over salt. I personally like a lot of seasonings and I would have used a tap. Or two of cayenne.
Who eats gizzards?? Poor people and smart people. Inexpensive and loaded with nutrients. I always liked the chewy texture of them.
I looovvve gizzards.
