Girl your right up my alley. I love me some chicken gizzards. I love the fact that you use the iron skillet because that's all I use to cook with. Even when I go camping I take my iron skillet pot and my swing so that when I'm cooking I can swing it out on the fire and then bring it back to me whenever I feel the need that I need to stir it or so on and so forth. This is the first time watching your video, but baby girl you are so much up my alley, that I am subscribe to you now. Look forward to seeing more videos from you. With love always, your girl gator-roll-u-2. Blessings ❣️ P.S. if you get a chance, you got to do the gizzards in a pressure cooker, with the chicken stock, and then add some noodles and cream of mushroom after pressure cooking.. You can cut the gizzards with a fork. Make you want to smack your daddy, I only say that cuz I got a better chance of not being a smack back. Lmbo 😂🤣😂🤣 Love for you baby girl. If you try it, please let me know how much you like it....
Oh wow 🤩 Thank you so much I definitely have a pressure cooker on my wish list. I bet that recipe is absolutely delicious 🤤 I may try it this weekend. There is no more of an important step than boiling them first. I grew up in the south so thankfully had plenty of family and friends who know how to make great southern food. Many folks turn their noses up at these kinds of meats and veggies, (pigs feet, gizzards, liver, okra, collard greens) but simply don't know how to cook them. When they're done right, you cannot go wrong! I like to make mine like you made yours and then make a chicken gravy with mashed potatoes and greens. Thanks for this video!
Just made this recipe DAMN good. I put my gizzards in a instapot for 15 mins to make them tender and followed the recipe. It doesn't get any better then this. Tks Ms d's bring on some more recipes.
