I've only played hyperbolica.
(I think I love non-euclidean geometry?)
Swords and magic and stuff, its does not looks that impressive at the first look, but when you start doing quests and discovering the secrets is when the magic of the game starts. its also a perfect game to spend with friends imo, because there is a housing system where you can build your own houses and plantations and other cool stuff like that
I'm a new UA-camr and I recently created a devlog for my submission to the Brackeys jam as well. I'm a professional game dev and I have some video editing experience so I was able to create what I consider a high quality video... but would really appreciate if anyone is willing to watch it and give me feedback on how I can improve because I really want to grow my UA-cam channel ❤️🙏

archvale is so fucking digustingly good looking, legit top quality among top down games
It's really fun, you should play it if you can. I played it on Xbox game pass
It looks incredibly polished, but at the same time, it also looks *viscerally* *generic*
I don't doubt that I'd enjoy playing it, but it looks like the kind of game that I would just skip over while flicking through the steam discovery queue.
I take what I said back. I just looked at the steam page, and it looks way more visually interesting than the part that Jonas played.

Out of all of the games, Archvale was easily my favorite. I actually played through the entire game and it was so much fun! Probably one of the best top down games I've played.
In case you do a Spaniard version someday:
- Guinxu (In a few days will release it): Flatworld
- Alva Majo: Majotori, Golfing over it, Shipped...
- Me =) : Kukoro (Twitch interactive game) and some mobile other's
There are a few more, but those are my friends so... xD
Also I would like to add "Patch quest". I do not know him personally and he's English speaker, but I really love his game

love hyperbolica, that's technologically very interesting. Saw the video about probably the guy trying stuff out in unity a while ago, i think its some shader magic and lots of custom camera effects but I'm not entirely sure

What I learned from this video... these games are VERY JUICEY!!!!
My only problem with Archvale is that its just LOOKS so generic. I'm not saying it feels that way when you play it, but it really LOOKS that way.
I take this back. Only the part that Jonas played looks generic. The steam page screenshots looks much more visually interesting.
They all look good but Archvale is my kind of jam.

Take a look at SpiderHeck (demo on Steam). Very cool game and there is one mode for solo play and one for local multiplayer (or online with Steam's Remote Play Together) if you could get somebody to play with.

I have a suggestion for Will you snail
Maybe to add more content to the game, You could make a endless mode. With that i mean, You are on one level and the AI keeps spawning traps and stuff and then you see how long you can survive. I just feel like that would add a lot more to the game!
