My friend went to China for a quality control in a large machine works. He is an extremely qualified machine erector. Everything there was built on the floor in the dust and dirt. He immediately had work tables and benches built. Within a day, senior management showed up and told him all tables and benches were to be removed. He could not understand why. Can anyone explain?
